Imported workflow is Empty

We are using On-Premise
Nintex workflow version: 5.2.6.0
SharePoint: SharePoint Server 2019

I create backup of workflows by exporting it to a drive. Unfortunately when I tried to import a workflow to the same list to create a new workflow as I needed many actions from the previous workflow the workflow is empty!

But some of the old version of the workflows which I exported work and I could import them successfully. My workflow is heavy with around 150 actions, I’m not sure on what could the reason why the import fails.

can someone help me on this please? Thanks

Thank you for your question.

I think the key here is the size of the workflow, and the browser can’t handle it.

Things to try:

  • Close all your tabs in the browser
  • Close all other applications
  • Try a faster PC/Laptop
