Site workflow to run in batches

HI,    I have a request to create a site workflow for selected items (based on a condition) in a list and to update item permissions. I have 60K items in a list but the condition will filter them to about 2600. I would like to run the workflow in batches to update the item permissions.    I have used Start ID and End ID before but this would mean running it on all the items.   Can someone please advise on update items in batches of 100 or something like it?   Thanks in advance. I want to export a list of all site/scheduled Nintex workflows in my SharePoint 2013 web application. I have a PowerShell script which returns only those workflows which are associated with a list or library.

Nintex Start a Site Workflow using a URL and pass a start variable

Using SharePoint 2016 on premises, Need the correct syntax for URL that will start a site workflow and pass a string value to a workflow variable. I have searched this Community in several ways and not found the solution.I have a List Item Workflow that creates a To-Do Task for someone to complete. It sends that individual an email notification. The end result is to have the individual simply click a link in the email notification that will start a site workflow to mark the task as Completed.I can add a link to the task itself (using the Common:ApprovalURL), but the task form does not open correctly on the individuals iPhone (I have tried creating a Classic Nintex form for mobile/iPhone, a Responsive form, etc. The Out-of-the-Box generic form is the one that displays and it doesn't fit the small screen. If you select to display as it would on a regular computer browser, it's difficult to see and does not center on the screen. The site has elected not to use the Nintex phone apps and so

We have one App server and one front end server. Nintex is counting App server as front end as well. All the sites are hosted on the App server. Can we use single license for our environment ?

Could not load file or assembly 'Nintex.Forms.resources

we have a SharePoint 2019 farm on prim and we instated Nintex forms and workflow on it most of workflow completed with no issue however we had a daily of approximate 30 workflow not completed with error occurred. when we check sharepoint logs we found below error occurred  534,238 times in an hour.any idea how to solve Failed to find resource for function alias, error: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Nintex.Forms.resources, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=de-DE, PublicKeyToken=c52d764dcf7ec883' or one of its dependencies. Filtering Lookup drop-down list for specific values from another list

Hi all, I’m creating a List and Form, say List A and Form A. In Nintex list settings, I’ve created a column of type ‘Lookup’ whose drop-down values are from another list, say, List B. Is it possible to filter through these drop-down values such that each value is associated with a name in List B? That is, when a user enters his name in Form A, only values associated to his name are listed in the Form A Lookup drop-down values. Thanks for any help!Regards.

Nintex Classic - Attachment on form not opening

I am running into an issue where attachments sometimes do not open/download from the nintex form they are attached to. The issue does not occur on every form submitted, and there isn’t a particular file type that seems to be the cause. I’ve cleared my browser cache, but the issue persists. If I open the site in Incognito mode, the attachments do open. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this issue?

Flexi task Infopath form error Internet Explorer

In SharePoint 2019 when I 1. try to adjust a task form that goes with a Flexi Task with Infopath it gives the error that 2. Internet Explorer is required.IE is EOL so I don’t really know how to solve this...

Nintex Workflow sends default SharePoint Task Notification instead of custom notification

My Nintex Workflow creates Nintex Workflow Tasks with Nintex Forms in a SharePoint 2016 subsite. Everything works as expected, except the task notification that is send to the user. I edited the task notification in the request approval action but SharePoint still sends the default task notification.I even edited the notification templates on the website settings but SharePoint still sends the default e-mail.Is there something that I am doing wrong?

SP Upgrade from 2013 to 2016 - Status Missing under Workflow Column for SOME not all

Upgraded from SP 2013 to SP 2016 on Monday. We’ve used Nintex Workflow since SP2010 starting in 2012, jsyk. The upgrade went smooth, no workflow errors, etc. The one oddity is intermittent missing progress links under the workflow column. This is universal across all 8 site collections, one of which has several InfoPath form libraries. Every form library’s workflow list is doing it. Any ideas? I have NOT run a final psconfig because the forms and workflows and reporting are running well, and we needed to get the system back to the users. Here’s what we are seeing. BTW, this is an internal instance, not public facing:

Nintex Repeating Section - Choice and List Lookup Control Actual Text in HTML Table

Hello!   Happy Friday. On SP 2013, we’re looking to create a HTML table output from a repeating section that contains choice fields and list-lookups. Is there a way to insert the actual text, rather than the item #/choice #? Current Output Form:Item = Look-up field (referencing another list), while item status = drop-down choice. Hoping there could be an ootb solution for this. Thank you for clarity and guidance!

Nintex Forms 2019 On-Prem Panels

We are using Nintex Forms 2019 on-prem and would like to know if there is a way to use this functionality without going into Edit Mode. The form has several sections, which were created using panels. A choice field was created with a 'choice button' for each panel. Using a Rule on each panel, a panel can be selected, which causes the others to be hidden to simplify the form. For instance, when the Software Assessment panel is selected, the other panels are hidden from view until a different one is selected. The issue with this functionality is that the only way a user can move through the panels is to be in Edit Mode. In Edit Mode, users have the potential to arbitrarily make changes where they did not intend to. Is there like functionality in Nintex on-prem that allows a user to move through the panels without being in Edit Mode?

Images not being displayed when uploaded to a nintex form

Images are not being displayed when uploaded to a nintex form.  /SiteCollectionImages/_layouts/15/NintexForms/Modern/NewForm/14517-image.png If we change the destination library when uploading the image then it displays, the images in the NewForm folder above also show as broken links from within SharePoint.

Updating lookup columns through workflow

Hello,I have multiple lookup columns with certain values(Column A with  values a,b,c and Column B with x,y,z ), now I have a new lookup column C and I want the value to be a,b,c,x,y,z . All these lookup columns are connected to same master list . But through the workflow when I update it saves only first value i.e. “a”.Is there any solution for this ?

While loop for Automatically completing tasks

Hi all, I have review task that I’d like to be automatically completed if the following occurs:Reviewer name is removed from list of reviewer “Status” is changed I have a branch of my workflow that will wait until an update occurs in the “Status” and ends the workflow subsequently completing all pending tasks. However, I need help figuring out a way to automatically complete the task when the reviewer changes. I currently have a while that will check, but since these review tasks can take up to a few weeks for people to complete, this while loop will reach its maximum loops and error. However I don’t want add an extended delay to the loop either because I’d like the response be as quick as possible when a reviewer is removed. Thoughts? Thanks

I was wondering if it is possible to make changes to a form whenever the form is submitted. For instance; is it possible to make all fields read-only when someone submits a form (I am using new responsive designer).

Forms rule to validate that two person fields are different

I have two person fields in a form on Office 365 Nintex.  Its a new responsive form.  I want to validate that the two person fields are different within the form rather than on the workflow.  I know formerly this was a reccomended use case for inline fuction.  Do we have something comparable in New Responive?

Export PDF and ZIP folder

Hello,I am new to Nintex and recently created a form using Nintex Forms. I am unsure how to import this form into Nintex Workflow. Additionally, I need assistance with exporting and importing forms to PDF and ZIP folders using Nintex. Could someone please guide me on how to achieve this? Nintex workflow is not working getting error workflow cancelled by system account

Hi Team, we are getting work flow error and work flow is canalled by system account. Sharepoint:SP2016Windows Server 2016error is below:we are facing this issue after the Sharepoint patch installed. we had installed Sharepoint patch we had instlled sharepoint patch successfully on 05th august after that nintex workflow stopped working.

WorkflowInstanceTasks table has reached 87% of the threshold (43301/50000)

i got this warning on central administration and purge not affected on decreasing number of rows, any idea how i can deal with this table keeping in consideration this is a production area.

Validating a form control to not allow Special characters

I have what I would expect to be a simple validation of a form control not to have any special characters.  It seems like a Regular Expression should handle this. I read this prior post which appeared to give me a simple answer of w+.  I tried that and it didnt allow even valid alpha numberic characters. I also tried ^[a-zA-Z0-9] which I found by google searching.  This allowed special characters still.  Any ideas?
