In today’s fast-paced business environment, the ability to streamline operations and enhance efficiency is more crucial than ever. At Nintex, we understand the importance of continuous innovation to empower our users with the best tools for optimizing their business processes. We are thrilled to announce a game-changing feature that seamlessly bridges the gap between traditional process mapping and modern process automation: The ability to import Microsoft Visio files and create BPMN process models directly within Nintex. Elevating Process Mapping to New Heights Microsoft Visio has long been a staple for professionals across various industries to diagram complex processes and systems. However, transforming these static diagrams into consistent, managed, documentation can often be challenging and time-consuming. Recognizing this gap, our team at Nintex embarked on a mission to create a bridge between Visio’s process diagrams and Nintex’s robust process management capabilities. Intro
Built-in data storage capabilities streamline building workflows in Nintex Automation Cloud We are thrilled to announce the beta release of Nintex Automation Cloud Tables, providing a centralized, scalable way to store, manage, and connect process-related data across business-critical applications. Capabilities covered in this blog will be added to the product over the approximately two-month-long beta release period.Workflow automations frequently rely on data from multiple sources, such as customers, employees, or internal storage systems like SharePoint, to successfully execute. Managing data stored in multiple locations can be fragmented, onerous, and error-prone for application developers building custom business applications, who want all aspects of their apps centrally accessible and managed. When app developers build apps leveraging workflows, forms, and data in a single, self-contained platform, designs are streamlined and simplified leading to accelerated development times and
As the Product team continues its acceleration on updates to Nintex Workflow Cloud, the magnitude of these releases has been amplified. This post may seem like an aftershock to the announcement last month around the Advanced Preview of Complex Object support in Nintex Xtensions, but don't fault me on the timing. I cant stress enough how excited I am about this new groundbreaking feature! Ok, you're probably wondering what's with all the puns, and if you weren't before, now it's probably shaking out. Complex Object support has been on the minds of most users building Xtensions since we released the Nintex Xtensions framework several years ago. With this 'earth shaking' release, and my love for puns, what better way to celebrate than building an Xtension with Seismic (API for reference). If you are just here for the Seismic Xtension, you can download it from the Nintex Process Accelerator Gallery, and if you'd rather just watch me walk through this configuration, please check out the vid

K2 integrates with Microsoft Exchange Online using Microsoft’s APIs. As Microsoft makes changes, we will update our integrations to ensure your solutions continue to function properly.Microsoft has announced the retirement of the ApplicationImpersonation Role Based Access Control (RBAC) role in Exchange Online. Beginning in May 2024, new customers can no longer use this role, and in February 2025, the role and feature set will be removed from Exchange Online.Edited 19 April 2024: K2 does not automatically add this role on configuration, so you may not be impacted by Microsoft’s change. This retirement will impact on-premises customers if the ApplicationImpersonation role was added to the account used to log in to EWS. If so, apply the fix pack listed below and then remove the ApplicationImpersonation role. This retirement will impact K2 Cloud and K2 Five / Nintex Automation environments which connect to Microsoft Exchange Online. The fix and steps documented to use lesser Exchange Onlin
Companies constantly seek ways to enhance efficiency and productivity in today's fast-paced business environment. One area that has seen significant innovation is document creation, eSignature capture, and tracking the signing process within a system. Efficient Document CreationGone are manual document creation days involving extensive back-and-forth emails, revisions, and delays. Nintex DocGen for Salesforce offers a modern interface within Salesforce, allowing power users to query, configure, and deploy solutions, ultimately enabling end users to generate professional-looking documents quickly. Features such as point-and-click data querying, drag-and-drop tagging, and version control allow teams to work seamlessly together regardless of physical location.Furthermore, integration with Salesforce ensures that docum
Did you know that Drawloop DocGen can store all of your legal and non-legal content in it’s app and push the content into your templates at runtime with hide-display rules applied? This could generate a single line or several pages of text completely bulleted and indented to your specifications. The capability has been available for while now, but few customers know about it. This capability provides Drawloop users the ability to centralize content (clauses) so that they can be managed within the Drawloop app instead of templates themselves. Why would anyone do this? So admins don’t need to manage several template files that contain the same clause whenever the clause itself changes. Instead, a change can be made to a single clause in the Drawloop app and then it instantaneously becomes live across all templates that leverage the clause. Did I mention you can apply filters to each clause? Often, Drawloop users will create many file versions of one use case. And multiple templates for o
