For customers who have integrated their K2 environments with SharePoint or Exchange Online in a Azure Government Cloud Computing High Security subscription (GCCH), a change is being made to our security certificate that will impact you.
Customers who have configured SharePoint or Exchange Online will have manually uploaded a token signing certificate as part of the setup process. This certificate expires on August 13 2024. Nintex K2 Cloud ops will be updating the certificate during scheduled maintenance for K2 Trust on August 3 2024. In order to avoid downtime on your K2 environments, it is critical that customers update their certificate before the maintenance period to ensure continued operation of their environments.
If the certificate is not added after August 3, customers will see AADSTS errors returned from K2. This affects Exchange Online integration, SharePoint workflows, User/Group resolving and all administration methods such as the Registration Wizard and SharePoint Site activation.
