I'm getting a bit desperated.Recently, there has been an issue with Smart Object List methods over and over again. Affected are only smart objects that have a decimal field and only the list methods. After restarting the K2 service, the error is gone. After some time, however, the error occurs again. I can not detect any errors in the logs and can not recognize the cause. I have a legacy K2 blackpearl workflow that uses a custom task item URL pointing to a custom ASP.NET application. How can I use the API to update this URL on existing active workflows, say if the server name part of the URL needs to change or if I wanted to change it from http to https?

We have set up an app in https://apps.dev.microsoft.com/#/  and connected it with our Azure B2C directory.  It's a different standard so using the Microsoft Office (Azure AD configuration)  configuations are different to what is stated in https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2blackpearl/icg/4.7/Content/Configure/SF/MultiAuthAAD.htm I'm wondering if anyone here has had any experience setting this diffent Auth type up in K2 and the configuration settings differences?  EDIT : I'm mainly looking at Claims/Issuer settings,  as the Oauth/Resource stuff is setup properly.

Failed to publish the flow chart of k2.net 2003 to K2 blackpearl 4.6.8, error prompt: ambiguous match found. Deployment to 4.6.11 and 4.7 is OK. Who has encountered it and how to solve it? thank you.

Does any one tried before to disjoin the current AD and join to new Active directory ?Please I need support with clear steps.The current K2 version is 4.6 , and I have a farm of 2 servers.  

K2 is faling to execute with the following error massge “C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlHost ServerBinWorkProc121CSWinWF-{guid}.dll' is denied.”

The dropdownlist shows the value from Sharepoint list even if I select the empty field.  The data saved on the list is correct and goes as empty but the UI keep on showing the value from the list. If  I select other value (not empty), the correct value is saved but if I select the empty field, the text defaults to the saved data from sharepoint list. On save, it is saving the empty field to sharepoint though. How do I change it to show the empty selected.

On button click i am doing multiple action and it takes time to complete and spinner will appear on screen. Instead of spinner i want to show “Wait for some time to finish action” message to user till my action complete on screen?Is there any way to implement script message?

Trying to install the K2 blackpearl 4.6.11 but not aware of the components and the pre-configurations which needs to be specified while installation of the applications. Ended up with the below issue where for each component need to install an other dependency addon. Could someone please guide me on this?

Hi, I’m trying to create a solution that allows the user to input or select multiple dates on the smartform. I’m building this in K2 Designer. I’m thinking about creating a table specifically for the inputted dates, and each record will will to a single record in the parent table. If the calendar control does not allow me to do this, what’s the next best way for me to achieve this? I note that this is for scheduling days of office drop-ins each month, and the user will need to input/select about 5-10 individual dates per form submission.

Hi experts,We have a weighing bridge system that will out put the weight into a .txt in a folder in our user computer.They require us to create a workflow that could pickup the .txt file generated (to obtain the weight value) store inside this .txt file.After pickup should display in smartform before user can submit.Any idea we can achieve this?Thank you.

Hi All,I am trying to Move items across between K2 MultiSelect control using two Up and Down buttons ,For that am trying to pass the selected item of the Multiselect to a jquery which is in an expression, but I am not able to invoke the selected item. For Example:I am trying to print this highlighted item “Los Angeles” on a button click using jquery alert ,But its not coming.I have tried to print the “div.hoverdiv.option.selected” but didnt work.jsscript : var str=$(“div.hoverdiv.option.selected”).val();Is there any way to get the the clicked item from multi-select.  Thanks!

I have a task that permits a manager to approve or reject a form via email response, in that they just have to reply to the automated task email with the work “Approve” or “Reject”. After they do so, I want to store who actioned the task in a data field or my database. However, when I attempt to store “Activity Instance Destination User Name” or “Activity Instance Display Name”, I see that “K2Server” is the value stored for all of these. How do I change this so that it’s the actual user who actioned the task?

Hello All,   We are using the K2 -black pearl 4.7 in PRD env.   Problem:   When, we have tried to deploy new program (K2 package) which successfully tested in DEV.   The new program (K2 package) had well packed in DEV.    During deployment, we have made necessary change on the database tables, views, forms, etc in PRD    Unfortunately, the system fails to deployed the workflow in PRD   Just only the forms, views have being updated.    As we have running K2 for about 5 years and its environment between PRD & DEV is quite difference. So that, we have planed to migrate from PRD environment to DEV environment.Hope it help to PG to easier to debug and minimize gap of environment.   Need help:   1. Anyone could advise steps to migrate from the PRD environment to Dev environment for K2 -black pearl 4.7  Would be appreciate to advise steps / manual if have any Thank you & regards,   

I recently did a deployment in to a production environment  for  k2 4.7 and afterwards the production environment started posting repeated transactions in the SQL tables.This happens randomly but when it happens the client has a lag for a couple of seconds. This does not happen on the dev environment where the package was compiled form. Hi Team,My smart object tester tool is returning wrong data when executed with a value. I have a property "ProcessID" when i enter value 6 and execute it, its giving all rows starting with 6, instead of rows with value equal to 6. I'm wondering if there's someway to pass more than 1 value or perhaps a conditional value into a SmartObject Input Parameter. This might be a bad example, but I think it gets my point across... Open your SmartObject Services Tester, and execute the SmartObject UMUser method "Get Users".  You will see one of the input parameters is "Display Name".  If I put in "Victoria D'Auria", any records that exactly match that "Display Name" will display fine.  But what if I want to put a conditional input, like contains?  Get all users whose "Display Name" CONTAINS "Victoria".  How do I accomplish that?And what if I want to search for multiple display names?  Like get users whose "Display Name" contains "Victoria" or "D'Auria".Or get users whose "Display Name" starts with "Victoria". I understand that I could just use the filter in this case, but I'm asking for the sake of doing it in other places than the SmartObject Service Tester.  Like, in an InfoPath form or in a SmartObject Event.  I figure
