Hi allJust enabled the FBA access option  in CA ->  Nintex Forms Management -> Manage FBA Mobile Access.Trying to browse the URL <SiteUrl>/_vti_bin/NintexMobile/FBA/ where <siteURL> from outside the firewall will bring up a 404. Browsing other URLS will bring up  the FBA sign in page.Trying to browse the URL <SiteUrl>/_vti_bin/NintexMobile/FBA/ where <siteURL> has been will bring up a 403 forbidden access - is this the expected behaviour?The site is a host named site Collection in a web application with 2 authentication providers - default and extranet. The default zone is configured to use FBA and Windows authentication. The extranet zone is confugired to use Windows authentication only. The URL  <SiteUrl>/_vti_bin/NintexMobile/FBA/ is located in the Default zone when listed with GetSPSiteURLAny comments??Regards, Steen    

I would like to see if the form fails - why has it failed?We have a form that is published from our Sharepoint that writes back to a Sharepoint list. This form lives on the web. If the Nintex Live Form fails for whatever reason I need to capture the data that it failed on and report why it failed - does this type of functionality exist?Thanks in advance with any help.Aaron

 Symptoms I have a client notification.Below the notification I can see a bunch of junk text and URL's.If I try to edit the notification, I cannot see any parameters or text that explain where it is coming from. Diagnoses What seems to be happening is that the Datafields being used in the Notification Email is being duplicated and added to the end of the Mail Template. Resolution Two solutions:1. Change the Email in the Wizard to Clear Text. Make sure there are no New Lines below your Email Text. Change back to HTML and redeploy2. Delete the Client Event, recreate it and redeploy 

I'm having a problem bringing all the forms into the Nintex app on the ipad.I clear the cache, log out, close the app, restart the ipad and nothing works. It keeps bringing in the same subset of forms.The only thing that works is deleting the app and reinstalling it.It's as if the cache isn't being properly cleared. But then a refresh without clearing the cache should also bring in any new forms.This occurring on more than one ipad.Any ideas?ThanksJoanne

 Symptoms  WIF10201: No valid key mapping found for securityToken: 'System.IdentityModel.Tokens.X509SecurityToken'  Diagnoses  We are getting a security Token issue in the UAT environment. We have checked the Issuers, Claims and Realms, and all appear correct. The certificate thumbprint was incorrect, however even after correcting and restarting all servers participating in the farm the error is persisting. The system is working as expected when browsing to a URL with windows auth.  Resolution Get-AdfsCertificate -CertificateType Token-Signing   $a = Get-AdfsCertificate -CertificateType Token-Signing $a.Thumbprint   Run that to get the Thumbrpint , then manually type it into the Indentity.ClaimsIssue table (for the relevant Issuer) ? make sure of the case . Issue was caused by Copy/Paste of the Issue was caused by Copy/Paste of the Key . Manually typing it worked   

 Symptoms Can't checkin view Diagnoses I have made a view that I cant checkin. K2 says it has a dependency error, yet no errors when I go to edit it.The view works 100% perfectly. Resolution Issue was caused by the fact that the underlying data-sources boind to the View (Rules , Controls or the View itself) were modified without them being unbound from the view first . In some cases this will cause the View to become uneditable as it can no longer consolidate the Schema of the data-source it has with the one available on the server .There are ways to manually fix these views by downloading their XML and deleting the references from there ... but this is very much dealt with on a per case basis .To resolve this you will need to revert the SMO's back to their original state , then remove the referenced from the View to these SMO's before making your modifications 

 Symptoms For some weird reason I can't see the activities/events below my Visual Studio design window. If I scroll to the bottom of the window, I can see events and lines extending below where I can scroll. Diagnoses Canvas size has been changed. Resolution To fix:1. Open K2 for Visual Studio2. Go to the properties window (bottom-right)3. In the drop-down, select SourceCode.Workflow.Design.ProcessView4. Expand CanvasSize5. For height, increase the value and press EnterPlay around with it until you get the size you need. 

Workflow is set to run when created with condition. It initially worked fine but after some modification without changing the workflow setting the workflow no longer runs when created. I have tried to turn the Start Manually Option On and Off but have no effect. I have Item Permissions in the workflow. Please advice what need to be checked. I have 14 workflows set up the same way, 4 of them not working.

Incase of multiple attachment controls on Nintex form. Submitter section – Attachment control 1 – Set as Default Attachment Approver 1 section - Attachment control 2 Approver 2 section - Attachment control 3 Approver 3 section - Attachment control 4 Submitter uploads attachment and submits form.Approvers open the form one by one , attach separate files to individual attachment controls and submit. Submitter open the form again and sees all the approver attachments are added to Attachment control 1For some approvers -  attached files are missing in the attachment controls. For some no attachment. For some all attachments available.

 Symptoms When using the K2 pages Display Form it doesn't load - Guid error (Guid should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes), OOTB SP display form works fine. Diagnoses The Url contains the actual SP list id and the list ID is URL encoded and thus not in GUID format. Resolution Patch was provided. This will be fixed in Appit 1.5 Update 3 

Good day, I have a radio button [projectBudget] with two values [planned, unplanned] and a checkbox [exceedBudget].  If the user selects "Unplanned" on the radio button OR selects the checkbox there is a panel that should display, but at the moment it only works on the radio button, it just ignores the checkbox.  I have the rule on the panel: or(not(contains(ProjectBudget, "Unplanned")), {ItemProperty:exceedBudget}) I also tried making two rules and that didn't work either, any suggestions are appreciated,Thanks,Jennifer

There seems to be an issue with Nintex Live Forms, our forms appear either blank or with some of the fields available. This varies within minutes. The backend-forms in our Sharepoint are in working condition.

I need to import from a table into sql server the values for a list in SharePoint.This list should be updated every day at same time.How can i do this?I can not find any workflow object that does this.

I originally had the second build string right after the first one, but it is giving me the exact same values as the ones do tomorrow. So I tried moving it to only run if that value equals the past due value and all that does is return that last item from the same list of items due tomorrow. Any help is greatly appreciated. I haven't@@ found any similar posts. Looking for any direction or similar posts anyone has.

I have a WF that queries a list and then uses a call web service action to start a WF on the list items that meet the query list criteria.This has been working perfectly for a while, and suddenly now when I start the WF, it immediately errors at the Call Web Service action.  Nothing was changed in the WF, it was working at one moment, then started generating errors.For some reason, the WF would go through about 50 items or so in the list (not all the items collected from query list), and process them correctly, then just hang up and stop working.  So, I would terminate the WF, update my filter, and restart it.  This was working fine for about 6 iterations, then started giving internal server errors.Here is the config of the Call Web Service:& When I test execute the Web Service:  Internal Service Error.

Has anyone built a custom Nintex 2010 workflow action that can get a "vote" response (yes or no) from ALL "approvers", without canceling pending tasks?  I have a process that requires ALL "approvers" to have their say on a matter.  As it stands, no matter which Nintex 2010 action I use (Flexi-Task, Request Approval, Request Review, Request Data), there are limitations that make this impossible.  I want this "Request Vote" action to a) send to all "approvers" simultaneously, b) collect task responses until ALL have been completed (do NOT cancel pending tasks).  It needs to have all the usual reminder and escalation logic in there as well. The closest I've been able to get to this with OOTB actions is "Request Review", which goes out simultaneously (requirement a) and collects all responses (b), BUT there's no way I can see to collect what each "vote" was.  Yes, you can have the approver enter a vote in the review comments, but then you'd have to parse it out for who knows what different

I have a Nintex Form that I can open up and utilize the 'Print to PDF' feature/button to create a nice PDF version of the form. I then copy the PDF file manually over to a Document library with a Nintex Workflow that simply sends out an email notification with the PDF File Attached to the email. That works great!I now would like to automate the process of creating the PDF file with a separate Nintex Workflow that upon saving a Nintex Form on a List that then executes a workflow that would convert the Nintex Form to a PDF file and then copy the PDF file to the document library which would send out the email from the workflow I already have working. I saw a Nintex community member (MIchael Peterson) mention using NWF.FormFiller.PrintToPDF.PrintToPDF(); Could I use this code somehow within the List Nintex Workflow to achieve my requirement to automatically save the file in a PDF format? Does anyone have another method to achieve the same result as what I'm trying to do?

So ultimately, I am trying to create multiple forms that I can assign to Flexi Task, however I am unable to get to a different option in the form type. The edit start form is greyed out, and I have infopath installed locally and I am able to connect to my forms library. Any thoughts on what I am missing?  I have a attached a few screenshots of what I am seeing.
