There seems to be an issue with Nintex Live Forms, our forms appear either blank or with some of the fields available. This varies within minutes. The backend-forms in our Sharepoint are in working condition.

We experienced issues on Monday (February 23rd) with workflows on multiple site collections.  Users would see a red banner errorr "unable to connect to workflow manager".  They would also encounter an error when attempting to publish a workflow.  The problem was intermittent but quite annoying, but seems to have cleared up now.
