Dear Support,
In relation to my previous ticket, I just wanted a confirmation whether K2 Packages are ASCII or Unicode. The reason for asking is to understand if they can be opened in a readable format, so we can compare the different versions of K2 packages using "Compare it" for example.

Diagnoses
I made 3 packages for the same simple SMO,View and Form. i downloaded the "Compare it" utility.
What i found is that even between the same packages taken for the same components there is differences. so it will be worthless to open the package and do the comparison with a previous package.
Resolution
The respected customer ordered closure of this ticket with the following note:
