Workflow is set to run when created with condition. It initially worked fine but after some modification without changing the workflow setting the workflow no longer runs when created. I have tried to turn the Start Manually Option On and Off but have no effect. I have Item Permissions in the workflow. Please advice what need to be checked. I have 14 workflows set up the same way, 4 of them not working.
