I have 2 Nintex tables, and one has a relationship column. When I create a Form for the table, the related column is not available. Anyone else try this? I can populate the related column in the grid view of the table, but that will not help my users add data to this table. 

Background: I have a workflow with a form start. It includes an assign task to multiple users and a get task that are in a parallel path. I’m using create a text string to create a URL that shows up in the SharePoint list for the user to select and edit the task form. Issue: I need the user to be able to use the link to update the form more than once. At this time, They can click the URL make and make an update. This update shows in SharePoint but doesn't relay on the form. When they use the URL to go in a second time to update the changes from update 1 aren't there and they can not update and save an update 2. The docx attached contains an image, this is the workflow for the task. What do i need to edit in order for the user to be able to update the task form multiple times and the form to save those changes in the form not just on the SharePoint list.

I’ve noticed this a lot across all of our servers lately.  K2 5.9 FP13 and later. It happens after a server restart or an IIS Restart.  Antimalware Service Executable often causes CPU to go to 100% for about 5-10 minutes and K2 Management says Smartform warming up and the timer keeps resetting.  About 50% of the time after that K2 Management will not work after the restart with an error similar to the one below. Server ErrorCould not load file or assembly 'SourceCode.Forms.Controls.Web.ControlPack.Choice' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.(http 500 error)Refresh Page? Redoing an IIS Restart will eventually work but in the meantime its another 10 minutes of downtime. I’ve been querying possible solutions like excluding temp directories and such but the only thing that seems to work in testing is excluding w3wp.exe.  However that doesn’t appear to be a secure solution.  Any recommendations?

Hi,I have recently upgraded K2 from 5.6 to Nintex automation(5.7).after upgrade, AD group users are not resolving in K2.anyone has an idea, please assist.Best Regards,Thriveni  

The function is used to populate a reporting list from a customized SmartObject. However, when the button is clicked, K2 throws the error “An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host”, and the reporting list cannot be displayed.This issue occurs only at the K2 application level. When I execute the SQL script directly against the database, it completes successfully and returns 86 rows.

We are currently using Nintex for Sharepoint 2016 on premise and seeking to migrate our workflows to Nintex Workflow asap with Sharepoint 2016 out of support 3 months ago.We have a total of 133 active workflows to be migrated, of which 34 are simple workflows with one action.The approach we plan to use is as per the Nintex CE platform help.1.Run the workflow extraction script2. ​​​​​​​Import package file3. I have upgraded Nintex Automation K2 from version 5.6 → 5.8 → 5.9.The upgrade completed successfully without any errors.The web site is running normally, and users can: Create SmartForms Run workflows successfully However, I found an issue after the upgrade:When I try to log in with some test users (for example: k2test1), they cannot access the Workspace page(e.g. https://k2test.xxxxx.com/workspace).The following error message is displayed: Not authorizedYou do not have permission to view the page that you have requested.The administrator of this SmartForms environment has restricted access to this page.If you believe that you should have access to this page, please contact your SmartForms administrator. Important details: k2test1 is a normal user (no special permissions) Before upgrading to K2 5.9, this user could access Workspace normally After testing multiple users, I found that: Some users get "Not authorized" Some users can access Workspace without any issue No c

Is there a workaround (rules or something) to disable ability to add/remove rows in a repeating section after default has been set? We just need people to add additional information to existing rows, not add/remove anything.  Please advise!

Is there a way to save a Custom theme in Form Styles? I am currently having to set each option on each workflow. I’m looking for a way to save the options for a Custom theme so it’s already in the dropdown list and I can just select it on each workflow instead of setting each value every time.

Hi everyone! I have 2 custom controls which problems right now. Is it necessary to have .aspx format file for custom control? Do you guys know how to solve this issue? All the forms and views that are using these custom controls cannot be opened. This is custom control .dll files that are impacted:1) K2Field.ListSequenceDisplay.dll2) K2FormProgressSteps.dll
