Active directory groups are not resolving in K2 after upgrade from 5.3 to 5.7

Hi,

I have recently upgraded K2 from 5.6 to Nintex automation(5.7).

after upgrade, AD group users are not resolving in K2.

anyone has an idea, please assist.

Hello Thriveni,

Could you please offer additional details regarding the specific location where you are encountering this issue?

For instance, is it within a workflow involving a task step or during an API execution?

Furthermore, could you specify whether you are utilizing the new Sync Engine or the standard Identity implementation?

Dear Esmari,

We are facing issue at form level, in role , we have added AD groups in K2 roles and during login we are checking if user belongs to specific role(added AD group) or not, for all the forms now its redirecting access denied page.

Hi.

When I am trying to add AD groups from Management, its not retrieving list of AD groups.

I logged a case with support team also.
