Very basic question: how do I access Nintex Apps Studio and start using it?According to Customer Central, we have an Enterprise Unlimited subscription that includes Nintex Apps Studio. If I go to Apps in my Automate dashboard, I’m directed to click a button to get a “trial.” Is this what I need to do? It just seems a little confusing that I should need to get a trial when our subscription already includes the product.Any clarification will be much appreciated.

Cannot access the course

My question has two parts. I’ve been working on an issue with the Send Email function since March of 2024. Tech support has me in an endless loop of try this and send the logs. It works if I run the Wizard through the Studio but only when using a copy of the Studio folder on the local Desktop not the regular installation location of the Studio. But it does not work if I run the same Wizard with the Robot using a trigger. (The Wizard runs but the emails are not received.) Any ideas what could be causing this? As part of a database migration, I’ve created a new Service Instance to connect an existing form to a new server. The service account has been created and given full permissions. We just ran January updates on our production servers.  After the update, I have a test workflow that I use to see if anything is broken. That workflow ran fine.  This morning, I came into work with hundreds of workflow error messages.  I keep getting the Workflow Failed to Start, Cancelled by System Account.  Also, when I attempt to publish, I get a failed to publish error.  This appears to only be affecting one Site Collection.  My test workflow is in a different site collection and that workflow still runs fine.I haven’t seen anything that would affect one site collection and not another.  All workflows (list and site) are failing in the one site collection.

I noted this idea has only 1 vote ,   a number of our users have indicated it would be useful to have options where Process Owners and Experts can indicate a status for feedback responses as at the moment there is a reliance on reading each acknowledgement . Feedback - Option to confirm status of feedback | Nintex Ideas

If condition in word document is working fine but when the condition is not met, empty bullet point is showing up in the generated document.

Where is Nintex on the roadmap for editable repeating sections on tasks?!?!?! Near or far future? One of our high complex processes that are due to migrate I just started working on and it’s for invoicing. They have a “cost breakdown” component. I would LOVE to move the majority of all tasks to NAC and only track changes in SPO list. However, if repeating sections cannot be passed for them to “edit” several layers of versions to their invoices (via a form) then I will have to keep pointing them back to the Nintex SharePoint form for “editing” to the invoice and decide how to leverage tasks for reminders etc. It’s almost a waste of time sending an task out, at that point I should just send an email with “edit” link back to the item for editing and have something on their SPO Nintex form they can push to send it back through the process on a start trigger. HI everyone, I’m wondering if anyone else is finding issues with their Search Engine - I’ve put through a job recently (over a month ago) as our Search Engines are not picking up individual processes.  But the fixes are not working.  Nintex are working on this for us, but I’m curious to know if this is an issue others are experiencing or just us? 

How do I set a button’s width to 100%? I’d like to have a mobile-friendly button that spans most of the width of the screen (it’d be in a wrapper or grid division so that it’s more reasonably sized on a desktop screen). For the button variant in the DSS, it’s possible to specify 100% as the variant’s width; however, I’ve been unable to find any way of making that button actually fill the space in the page’s runtime.

HiI see this requirement and question come up multiple times when searching for a solution, so wonder if anyone has a workaround…So, a form is submitted for approval - use case would be a Purchase Requisition. The Approver has the option to Approve, Reject or Return the request. In the Return scenario, the Originator needs to make an amendment to the original data before it can be resubmitted for approval.The Requisition form has a repeating section, so the Originator can add n lines to the request.  I see there was work being done on editable repeating sections in this topic - But haven’t seen any updates on this. So, does anyone have a solution to this? We’re left with either asking users to completely re-enter data, or I’ve references to a copy/paste process that would allow editing of data, but just seems a little disjointed…. Thanks for any suggestions!

Hello everyone,I’ve created a ‘Documents only Group’ and until just yesterday, Process Manager allowed me to ‘link’ documents from my DMS to this group. This is, the ‘documents only group’ (DOG) I’m referring to was part of the list of groups displayed and to choose from when clicking on ‘add/link document’.However, after the recent “modernisation of the documents area’ (and I’m not saying this is the reason - it might be a coincidence), I can’t see the ‘DOG’ anymore when trying to execute the operation above described. It seems like DOGs are not shown due to their condition? i.e. groups created to store documents only.If that is the case, the question is: How do I add documents to this group from now on?I tried by “associating documents to an additional document group in bulk”, which is a feature offered by PM. This works but the document needs to be in PM in the first place i.e. I have to link it from our DMS to another existing group and then ‘associate it’ to the DOG via this optio

Hi Team,We are working on the Nintex K2 5.7 version.Trying to access the Management/Designer URL and getting "502 Bad Gateway"/ Microsoft-azure-application-gateway/V2" message on the screen.Unable to rectify what may be the issue. The basic approaches we have done, clearing the cache, Open in incognito mode, checked certificates and others too.Kindly help here what may the reason for this issue, you response would be appreciated. Has anyone successfully configured EWS with the U.S. M365 Government Exchange Service? I am assuming that a non-person entity or service account would need to be setup, but I am not sure where to start or if it is even possible without setting up the Azure AD Government Cloud. Both our versions of SharePoint and K2 are on prem. I assume the connection string would be something like this but not sure what else would be required from the K2 side or Gov Side. Any successful integration advice is welcome.
