I have a dropdown list that is populated by a smart object that retrieves a list from a table in a database. It works and displays all the information as it should, but I want to add one more item that reads OTHER at the end of the list (preferably). I am trying to not make a static list, instead displaying a mildly dynamic dropdown list. Does anyone know how to do that? Also, I’m avoiding adding anything to the table because other apps probably use that table, too.
The settings for date and time are causing us (our organisation), problems when we transition between UTC (Zulu) and Daylight Savings Time (DST). Workflows that are time dependent go from working normally, to being one hour out - transitioning either way around. Our NAC regional settings are set to this: (UTC/UTC+01:00) Europe/LondonWorkflows are set to use the tenant default, is that correct, or should it be just plain UTC coordinated universal time?My understanding of (UTC/UTC+01:00) Europe/London is both UTC + 00:00 winter and UTC + 01:00 summer. I also regard that as meaning that the time with change in accordance with DST.What I need to understand is how to make the NAC and any workflows running in it, follow time changes throughout the year. Please can anyone provide some guidance?
I have a few workflows where, due to business processes, Nintex Automation Cloud workflow tasks are not set to require user authentication. This is primarily because the ‘Assignees’ are set to use a shared mailbox address. Any of up to 20 people can access the tasks in the target mailbox and approve them. I know this is not the preferred way to work with these task forms, but it is something we have had to agree to, so that task respondents do not have to visit the NAC ‘My Nintex’ portal, but instead receive an email with a direct link to the task. This all works OK, but it means that we cannot use any of the user context variable to get user name. email, etc.In the absence of any context user info, is there any other way that I can get the email address or username of the user who opens for task form to approve? Thanks in advance.
I’m editing a task form in my workflow. I want a custom field called “Comments” to show if the user selects the “Reject” option for the outcome. Normally I would do this by adding my custom field to the form and then for the “Visible” property set it to something like Form.Outcome == “Rejected”. But I can’t get this to work. The Form.Outcome control is missing!! Why is the “Outcome” control missing from here and how can I make rules when I can’t see it??

I have a collection of strings and I want to make a sentence to make sense when sending an email.
I am using Nintex workflow in SP 2016 on premise. An approval workflow uses a Flexi task to send approvals. I have the following Calculated field on the Nintex form of the Flexi Task. userProfileLookup(Current User, "PreferredName") Most of the times, the workflow captures the PreferredName of the Last Respondent and display it correctly. But there are times when it returns #Value! instead. This happens for the same user, as well at different times. Any idea of what’s going on. Thanks in advance. Mayank Shyam
I have a library with a Form and Workflow attached to it. I have a list which has Manager and Site in it. I want the original library when the Site A is chosen, to go and retrieve the appropriate manager from the Matrix List. How do I best achieve this?

How do we get group total and sub total in Nintex.
I faced an issue: “Access is denied. Check credentials and try again” when trying to get an email message from M365 using “Get email message DAC”.This issue happened with the latest version of Nintex RPA 23.11.1. When I tested it with version 22.9.3 with the same configuration as the latest version (Dynamic Command version is 22.9.03.05.23), no error was found, and the messages could be retrieved. The different between Dynamic Commands 23.11.0.1 with 22.9.03.05.23, no server field exists like on IMAP or POP3.Is there any way to solve the issue?FYI, I did followed the step by steps Working with M365 Exchange Modern Authentication configuration (https://help.nintex.com/en-US/kryonrpa/23.11/Content/Console/WorkingwithMicrosoft365ExchangeModernAuthentication/Azure_Configuration_for_Modern_Authentication.htm?tocpath=Studio%7CCredentials%20Vault%7CWorking%20with%20Microsoft%20365%20Exchange%20Modern%20Authentication%7C_____1)Appreciate if anyone could have any input or suggestion to solve thi
I’m confused about how to render rich text into a PDF document created by the Generate document action in a workflow. Apparently some kind of feature was added in May 2024 (as stated here), but it seems that is only when you are getting your text from somewhere besides the workflow (?) and using Nintex DocGen (what is that?).All I want to do is take some rich text entered in a form during my workflow and have it render properly in a PDF document (generated from a Word template). I don’t want to write it to a SharePoint list first and then retrieve it, as seems to be one option, because my workflow deals with highly sensitive information and I don’t want it in SharePoint even with permission restrictions. I want to take it directly from the rich text entered on the form and write that text, with formatting intact, into my generated document. Is this still not possible?

I have a number of colleagues who use dark mode to view online content. The map diagrams don’t appear in dark mode, in fact the contrast between the font and background is reduced when viewing them in dark mode. When selecting the activities the pop-ups with tasks appear fine though. Does anyone know if there’s a way to view the maps in dark mode?
On NAC forms we sometimes have users report getting an error on submit: ‘The form submission was unsuccessful. Please try to submit the form again.’ Typically trying again doesn’t resolve the issue, the same error simply displays again.Does anyone know what the rules are around when/why this error displays? I suspect it’s a timeout issue: where a user keeps an authenticated form open without a submit for too long. I could be wrong however. If someone does know however I suspect the solution is to add a ‘Save’ button to a form and have users regularly save.
Hello!I am trying to loop through a list and ONLY delete items based on a specified date and status. Is there a way you can see the value of a data label for debugging service (similar to adding a Watch in IDE). I have an issue with a variable being cleared and I cannot find where it is changing. In K2 there doesn’t seem to be any debugging to track the Control Value and when it is changing. Is there a trick or maybe something I can do to se where the value is changing. Thanks
One of my orgs has an outdated version of the Skuid managed package. I found Skuid on the appexchange, and it took me through (way too many) pages asking for names and logins, After finally choosing to install in a production system, I was redirected to this page: https://sites.secure.force.com/partners/PP2PartnerLoginPage?startURL=%2Fpackaging%2FinstallPackage.apexp%3Fp0%3D04tG00000007JdhIAE . I’m not sure what to do here, though. Why am I on a partnerforce page? This won’t install Skuid in my client’s production org, will it? In any case, I do happen to have a partnerforce login, but when I used it the next page simply said I don’t have the correct permissions to get to the next step. I suspect something is wrong here? So, to get around this, I had to do some serious hunting around to find your page with the latest package install links. Finally found it here: Get the Latest Skuid Releases & Everything That Came Before . Please make a link to this more prominent or publicly finda

I am busy building a form that will serve as a logbook. there are different users that will use this form. they can pick their names using a control button to populate a data label on the main form with their name. From there I want to populate a data label with a welcome message. This message must also congratulate the user if it is his birthday, or work anniversary. What i have decided to do is use an expression for this data label, using if statements to compare the dates. I have successfully created the if statements, but now I want to add a concatenate function to build the complete welcome message. My problem is, when I add the concat to the front of the if statement, it makes the if statement the first argument of the concat function and I do not know how to add empty cells before the if statement to properly formulate the message. Is it possible, or should I just redo all of the expression and start with the concat function first?
I am using K2 five version 5.6. I have created an editable list that serves as a logbook. After I use the add toolbar button, I can add info to the editable list. but when I press enter to save the info, a new editable list row is also created. How can I prevent this from happening?
I have a model in which I created a UI only field (Display type = Formula / Formula Return Type = Number)The field is working as intended and returning a numerical value in my TableNow I would like the table to be automatically sorted with this UI only field → use the UI only field in the model’s “Fields to order records by” is this possible? My Field Id is SortValue(UI) / Unique ID SortValuewhen I try I keep on getting “Error:No such column 'SortValue' on entity 'OrderItem'. If you are attempting to use a custom field, be sure to append the '__c' after the custom field name. Please reference your WSDL or the describe call for the appropriate names.” making me think that UI only fields can’t be used, but is there a way Thank you
