I am using a Label form control, which has recently updated. The old version had a field for both the link text and the link URL. However, the current version only has the URL, and when I use a variable for the URL, it doesn’t display correctly- it shows the URL and not the text I had highlighted to add the URL. I even tried using the source code version to put things in, but that gave me the same result. Any ideas?

Hi, There are a couple of threads of this subject, but they more relate to SharePoint.  In my case I have an NWC Start form, where I have a repeating Section control.  When I create a Task form, I need to display the rows of data from Repeating Section, and also make it editable. I was wondering whether there are any solutions or workarounds for this situation.

Is it possible to get a free trial of K2 Cloud? It would be really helpful for training and practice. Also, if there are any hands-on videos or practice resources available, please share them.Other low-code platforms provide free trials, but I haven't been able to find one for K2 Cloud. I've been watching videos for the past two days, but without hands-on practice, it's difficult to understand. I have tried multiple times, but I couldn't find any trial access.If there is any free trial or alternative practice environment available for K2 Cloud, please let me know!

Hi, Minor “issue”, not a big deal.For the “What are properties?” question, when I reviewed what the answer was, there was only one answer possible out of the three choices. Questions expecting a single answer usually show radio buttons -- so why was this question showing checkboxes instead? All other single answer questions show (as expected) radio buttons for the answer to pick.Again, not a big deal, but I think I was mislead in my answer with the checkboxes showing.

I am having an issue with the new responsive Nintex form in the text-long form control. When attempting to paste text content it doesn't matter to paste two or 500 words, a page unresponsive error occurs, and the process cannot continue. This issue is present in all forms. In addition to that, please note that the form takes longer to load. Please provide guidance.

Hello - I used SharePoint 2016 on premises. I have 2 document libraries A and B. I used Run If action to copy a document from a document library A to a document library B (see attached), but it displayed a workflow error below:“The workflow could not update the item, possibly because one or more columns for the item require a different type of information.” How can I copy a document from a document library A to a document library B? I’m appreciated for your help. 

Hello, I´m having issue with our installation of K2 BlackPearl (v. 4.6.11) + Onprem SP2013. Certificate has expired 24.02.2025 and its not possible to open forms on Sharepoint anymore. I have tried following: Modify K2 Blackpearl installation – no luck, certificate is in those steps being generated, but again with same validity (so its already expired). Use different certificate from my PKI – I have changed thumbprint in K2HostServer.exe.config file, but without any luck. Im still getting errors on SP:    Can anyone please help me with this issue? Thanks

We have over 700 documents that are not linked to a process map. They may be old documents that are no longer used and there is concern that staff maybe accessing documents via Process Manager.  Does anybody else regularly audit their documents and archive those that are linked to a process map?

We have a Skuid page in a Lighting App and for some reason some of our picklists are not displaying values when they are clicked on. We’ve verified that users have permissions to the fields, field level security is good, and have upgraded to the latest release. It’s happening when we go to create a new record in a table (but only on some tables) and in a sidebar component we’re using for the log a call functionality. If we override the field metadata, we can get the values to appear but the field renders tied to those values aren’t being respected…Anyone have any idea as to what’s happening?

My workflow requires a start form to transfer the data to a SharePoint list when it is completed.  I have configured my SharePoint connection, and I can retrieve the list and add the fields to be configured.  I have inserted the corresponding start form variables in the update items configuration; however, I cannot configure the conditions action. How do I configure the conditions?  Do I need a separate condition for each field to be updated?

I need to filter the options of a child dropdown based on the selected value of a parent dropdown. Hello, I unable to stop a loop… I have a notification that goes out if changes are needed to a form. When the person to make these changes makes the change, they have to tick a toggle (YES, like below) this confirms they made the change but if the toggle continues to be unticked (NO, like below) the loop runs and sends out another notification until its ticked (YES). I have it set to run every 15 mins for testing purposes. I went into the form and selected YES or ticked the toggle and the loop continues to run and send me a notification every 15 mins. How can it check if the toggle is ticked  so that it doesn’t continue to loop and send out emails? How do I get it to proceed to the next action (reset toggle/clear outcome) as shown below?

Or do I need to do this one by one?I’m on a mission to link all documents from our DMS to PM and although it is a fairly rapid task (with just 1 document at the time), I was wondering whether there is a way to speed up this process by using a ‘linking in bulk’ type of feature, if available.Thanks,Carlos

I have 5 page form with multuple questions and 3 file upload sections. If i run the form without uploading a file it’s fine. If i upload a file into any of the 3 areas it uploads the file but the form will nto submit. 

Hello, How can I make a workflow that is started as a Nintex Component Workflow appear in Workflow Tracking?I want to see the responses from an "Assign Task" in the form that is initiated as a Nintex Component Workflow. I already collect the responses in the database, but sometimes they ask me to download the form.
