I’m wondering if there’s a way I can deny the archival request of a promapp process?
Essentially one of the processes I’m reviewing is ‘awaiting archive approval’, and I can only see the option to approve it. Is there a way I can deny it? Or do I have to first approve it, and then reinstate it after it’s been archived?
Hope that makes sense, thanks in advance!

Hello @alangham18,
I ran a test (as I couldn’t remember myself) and it seems like a Promaster should be able to ‘decline’ a process archival in the same way this is possible for a process approval.
The fact that you do not see the option to ‘decline’ the archival of your process, might have to do with your role within the approval process in your organisation or the configuration of your Process Manager platform.
I’m really not sure about the reason though (that’s just what I think). Therefore, if you are still not sure why you can’t see the option, perhaps check within the ‘help’ section or raise a ticket with Nintex.
Nevertheless, the short answer to your question is ‘yes’ the archival process request can be declined by the Promaster.

So, @cferrer is correct, you should be able to decline the archive request from my change's dashboard as a promaster. I have attached two links from our help documentation that could be helpful for you.
If you are not able to decline, please do raise a support ticket so that we can investigate and try help get to the bottom of it.
I didn’t have the access to “decline” the process, so I just had to make a minor change to the process, which restarted the “archival approval” again anyway.
