I am trying to get the file names of files in a collection that were created with Document Generation. I am looking at the file with the ‘Query JSON’ action, but am only able to parse the first level. To get the value of an object 3 levels down in the structure, I have to use 3 ‘Query JSON’ actions. Is this how it’s supposed to work?

Hi,With the closure of EWS later this year, what are K2 doing to address this issue?We have EWS utilised throughout our Workflows for approvals etc.I had a K2 Support ticket in last year (October 2025) asking about this the answer was that the Product team is aware and there will be a solution to this. We need to plan for whatever solution K2 provide, but with the October 2026 deadline and no further news from K2, I’d like to start looking into this sooner than later.Any other customers in the same boat? Thanks

Good day.  We are converting our workflows from N365 over to Nintex Workflow Cloud.  In N365, if multiple people are assigned a task, and 1 person completes it, the other people are notified that the task no longer requires a response essentially letting everyone know the task was completed by someone.  I don’t see an option for this in the new Nintex Workflow Cloud.  Was this functionality taken away?  Is there a way to accomplish this? 

Trying to Open Nintex Workflow 2019 for SharePoint and I get this error when opening some of my workflows. Error Object reference not set to an instance of an object. I am not sure what has happened as some of my work flows still open and some throw this error message.

Hi, I am writing here hoping someone can help me or reference to some documentation.I am trying to recreate my site from a: SharePoint 2019 and Nintex 2019 → SharePoint Online and Nintex Automated Cloud.We have a lot of users +300 and many items in our list, +150 000 items. And we do not want users to see or be able to edit other items. But it is ok if they can see and edit other items from users from the same company.So, to avoid unique permission limit of 5000 items, we created one folder with unique permission for each company with contribute permission and set the list permission to read. This makes it so users can only see one folder and not able to add new item at root level. They click their folder and then the new item is available. and they can now add items and edit any item from their company.And we have a Nintex 2019 form for easier form design and functionality and so on. Now to SharePoint Online and Nintex Automated Cloud. Hi,I have a question and not sure if there is any way to do this or not…So I am using a NAC workflow and have a “Branch by stage” setup.  In the first stage, the approver is setup so they can update a field in the original form through their approval task. I tested this and saw that the original form was updated but how do the new values carry over to update the approval task form for the next approver? Is that even possible?  

Good afternoon, I am writing to ask if there is a known, best practice for preventing failures in Nintex when writing to SharePoint for attachments, when a duplicate file is loaded. Specifically, when in Nintex a task can be repeated and therefore allows the user to potentially load the same file multiple times, which causes a failure in Nintex. We have discovered potential fixes, but am curious to know if there is a most efficient workaround/method for solving/preventing this.  Thank you!

Hi,While reviewing the Partnership portal, we noticed an issue with some certifications completed by a new team member.The certifications do not appear assigned to the new hire’s profile. Instead, they are showing as assigned to my profile as a “copy”, even though I have only completed those certifications once.Additionally, when downloading or viewing the certifications, the name displayed on them corresponds to the new team member, not mine.Could you please help us understand what might have happened in this case, and advise where or with whom we can request further information or support to clarify and correct this?Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello support team,I use a SharePoint 2019 list as a source for a check box list. I works fine to fill the checkbox, but I would like to show the vales checked in the checkbox list (more than one value is checkable) in a datalabel field.I show one value, but not all the others. Hello,I have a WF built in NAC that uses a Branch by stage action depending on 3 conditions. Under each branch I have condition actions looking for an amount, how many months and if a field is “ticked” to yes or no (boolean).If in the middle of the process an amount is changed, the stage would need to be exited and the instance would need to cycle back around and be reevaluated, conditions checked so that it can fall into the correct stage.I noticed that when I exit the stage to cycle back through, it falls into the same stage. Its like it continues to see the original values and not the new ones…How are new values that are updated in the form able to be recognized so that the instance will fall into the right stage?  

Hi there Is it possible to re-order the improvements portfolios as they show in the reporting screen? This is not our final list of portfolios but certainly wouldn’t want a general proposals section to appear first, would be more important for us to have non-conformances or health and safety concerns to show here but I can’t figure out if there is a way to adjust this order. Thanks! :)

I want to be able to submit a form with a repeating section in NWC to SharePoint online list item. I want the SharePoint online form to display that same data in a repeating section. The formats are not compatible. How is anyone accomplishing this? Frustrating that there is no consistency between the Repeating sections data formats.

Hi all, I’m pretty new to the Nintex world. I am creating a workflow that i want in the end to query daily to send reminders for due dates that are 2 months out. To further explain….I have a SharePoint list already set up. There is a column called due date. I want my workflow to look at the list daily and remind me when the due date is 2 months from today’s date. I currently have it set as a scheduled start event.

Hi,I have a workflow in NAC that runs through a document library in SP 365, grabs the last modified date and adds 36 months to it before it sends out an email. My question is, within the loop for each, how do you pause for each iteration it goes through?Each modified date is different so the notification would go out at different times but  it seems to pause at the first iteration…Thanks in advance!

I have been using Nintex Cloud and build many workflows with it. I’m trying to workout one particular workflow and update the same in sharepoint on prem and it is weird that every time the item gets created without any issue. Once it reaches the update item I get the error “Received an error response from the connector: NotFound, ResponseStatus: Completed -”; I cannot understand why it behaves so only for this workflow as I have done the same steps in all my previous workflows. I am exhausted coz i have tried to make new connections, rebuild things but everytime it throws the same error. I had raised support ticket but to no avail. Any experts who can solve this issue so that I can make some progress in it?

Hi I hope you are well. I am building a Nintex form using Nintex workflow cloud and pulling data from salesforce. There is a data lookup to pull the data Type as a list. The end user would select a Type from the drop down and then the items associated with the selected Type would be displayed on the repeating sections. There are varied numbers of items associated with each Type selected. My questions are How do I design the repeating section to be dynamic ie number of repeating sections should automatically change to the number of items associated with the Type selected? If say Type A is selected and Type A has 5 items associated with it, I would like to have 5 repeating sections and each of the 5 items should automatically be populated on each row.  Please advise how to achieve this. Thank you

Setup:Parallel paths split into two branches. Branch 1 has task 1, and branch 2 has task 2. The completion condition is true so it will complete if only a single branch is complete.  Issue:Both tasks are assigned and created, but if Task 1 is completed causing the parallel paths to complete, the Task 2 is still available and can be complete even if the flow has already processed actions past the parallel paths action. How can we have Task 2 be invalid or inactive and not show up in the assignee’s My Nintex tasks once the parallel paths have been completed?
