I need some assistance determining if we are Title II compliant with disabilities such as hearing impaired, etc. Is AssureSign capable of reading the document which we send to students?

It supports accessibility features such as keyboard navigation and screen reader use. However, document readability depends on the source document. Nintex eSign does not automatically make scanned or inaccessible PDFs screen-reader accessible.
