Hello All,I am currently tasked with taking a SharePoint list that we have nintex forms attached to, and iterating through the list and saving each listItem/form as a PDF w/ the title of the PDF being pulled from the title column in SP. Is this possible with my version of Nintex and How can it be done? My nintex version is 5.2.2.0.
I published a Nintex Workflow to my site with NWAdmin:NWAdmin.exe -o DeployWorkflow -workflowName "Approve Changes" -nwfFile ApproveChangesWF.nwf -siteUrl http://server/site -username username -password 1234 -domain xyz -overwriteThe result returned by the tool is:Workflow Published.Yet, I cannot find the workflow. When i go to Site Actions > Nintex Workflow 2010 > Manage site workflows, I cannot see my workflow, that I just tried to add. I'm also trying to get the workflow programatically, there are no workflows in the site.SPWorkflowCollection workflowCollection = spWeb.Workflows;workflowCollection.Count //returns 0How can I find this workflow?
I would like to be able to go to a refreshed page/url whenever I hit submit on a Nintex form.
On-premise Nintex workflow in 2019 failing with "Workflow failed to Start" after executing some iterations in For each loop. For each needs to finish 2300 iterations , but it failed to start after 999. What can be the reason or workaround?
I have a workflow starts when an item is modified. The workflow takes some time to complete. If I modify the item twice. The workflow keeps on running the instance triggered by the 1st modification and ignore the 2nd modification. How to stop the workflow triggered by the 1st modification and start a new instance after the 2nd modification? Thank you.
I have a Nintex form in SP 2016. The list has a Number field. The number fields displays large numbers separated with commas such as 12,179,000 What is the best way to remove comma from the number field? I am willing to use workflow to do that. Thanks. Mayank

EDIT: Still receiving these failed workflow emails. Any Ideas?SharePoint 2016 On Prem along with Nintex Workflow for SharePoint. We periodically backup our PROD WSS_Content Database (no Nintex databases included) and the restore down to our TEST environment. We are now experiencing "workflow failed to run" errors from the TEST environment of what appear to be the workflows running in PROD at the time we copied the PROD WSS_Content database. When I click on the link in the error email to view the workflow status, it points to our TEST environment and results in this message "Cannot find history for workflow with instanceId xxxxxxxxx-xxx-xxx-xxx. It may have been removed from the database." No workflows are running in the TEST system. Any thoughts on how I cancel those "phantom" workflows?
Our Nintex form contains an attachment control, wherein users are adding file names with "Arabic font". Can someone please suggest if this is accepted as a valid character, if not, how the form can be validated for such names. Please note that we are using "Nintex Responsive form" in this case.
When starting a workflow on SharePoint 2016 the workflow returns the below error: "Workflow Controlled Documents Approval Workflow was canceled by System Account." Does anyone know what could be causing this error? See screenshot below.
HelloI call the SharePoint REST API to get a relative path to a library/subfolderThe return value is something like '/sites/site1/library1/subfolder1/subfolder2' however I need to remove the first two levels in order to construct another path. The path I need for the example is '/library1/subfolder1/subfolder2' I have tried using regular expressions with named groups, but I did not succeed in that. Then I tried to split the path by the character '/', which I managed to do. However, I have no success in iterating 3 times removing the first element of the collection on each iteration. Can someone please explain how to do this or another way to remove the first levels in the path.
Hi, I work with Sharepoint online 2013 and would like to send an email with Nintex workflow.I have an issue that the indent space disappeared when send an email for Multiple lines column. For example, I have column "Analyse" with type "Multiple lines of text" and have information with indent space as below picture. Then, I create Email in Nintex workflow to send "Analyse". When I got an email, it shows multiple lines text with no indent. Are there any ways to send an email with space/indent from Nintex workflow? More information: I have already tried all 3 types for Multiple lines, and it didn't work.
I want to practice with nintex at home. Since I need more time than at work. Is it available for home users?

Although most of our Nintex Forms are used solely in the office, we have always defaulted to Responsive Form designer, as it is a more streamlined workflow: limited styling/sizing options, auto-alignment, etc.. As our client’s needs have evolved, we find there are several forms we would like to migrate to the classic designer in order to pick up some form controls that are beneficial (List View, etc.) I understand there is no conversion tool, but am hoping someone could give us some best practices from a practical experience. The current responsive form is fairly robust (many different columns, controls, rules, etc.), and is actively used. Some early thoughts we have: Scenario #1: “The long weekend”Export the form to local storage Delete the form and rebuild using Classic Designer If we run into issues that prevent completion over the weekend, revert to Responsive and import locally stored copy Scenario #2: “Parallel list”Create a list template of current list Create clone list from t
Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to translate the Help text once viewed in another language in nintex form. Translated text already added to the multilingual translations, but still it does not translate again this is only for help text.

Hi,I'm new to nintex forms and trying to display the data from my nintex repeating section done via SP2013. I was able to create a work flow and use the query xml from my MLT of repeating section, and was to display them in my SP list as table w/out borders. However, they display as one line cell value in excel when extracted (see below text). How can I display them in excel as columns or display them as how they re displayed in my SP list as table? TIA. My sections columns are: Material, Weight in kg, Price, Beneficiary. Hello, I am picking a request from a project team using SharePoint online and Nintex Workflow for Office 365.We want to develop a new workflow, using most of same components of an existing Office 365 workflow, but we want to do this using Nintex Workflow Cloud; can we have both Nintex Workflow for Office 365 and Nintex workflow cloud workflows applied to separate libraries on the same subsite within the same site collection or do we have to develop this on a separate site collection?Thank you!
Hello! I'm curious if someone could suggest a solution for a development we want to implement. We have a Nintex form that takes some string input from users. For example, it might be stock ticker symbol (1-4) characters long (SPY, QQQ, etc) but they may also include a much longer name "Goldman Sachs Money Market Fund" or a combination. Let's assume the reference list would have the short ticker and the long string name. However, there would/could be hundreds, maybe even thousands of entries so this cannot reasonably be added to a static select column. Once the user inputs the value and saves the form, ideally, the look up function would compare the input to the reference list and then flag the list entry if a possible match exists. Is this possible with Nintex and OOTB SharePoint 2019 on premise?
I'm fairly new to this. I'm doing the Project Rental Application project in Nintex for Sharepoint Basic course. I built most of the workflow. I believe everything should be connected to the form the way I want. But is there a way to test the workflow when it's not fully done? Like can I test one function at a time? How do I test other subsequent functions to see if they are pulling info from prior functions?
I would like to return a user id and display it into a form from a database. I only see one example and its complicated. Do I need to create stored procedure first for this to happen?
We just upgraded to SharePoint 2019 + Nintex 2019 on-prem. I'm looking for the Workflow Report Viewer web part which we use to track and find "abandoned" workflows. Does this still exist? Thanks
