Nintex for SharePoint

Symptoms: I created a flow that send a mail to customer. I have set in the Action the “FROM” with a mail (created in AD), because the customers needs, when receive the mail, to do “reply to”.During the test I noticed that the flow doen’t take the mail set in the FROM but set the mail of the workflow: SG_eWorkFlow@…..How I can set up the From mail?Thanks,Elisa

Hello there, I’m new to Nintex Form.In our scenario there’s a button where the user click to print the form into pdf.We’ve used a javascript code for this to work NWF.FormFiller.PrintToPDF.PrintToPDF();Previously it was working in SharePoint 2013 but we have migrated to SharePoint 2016 and since then it stops working.When the user click the button, there will be a loading screen and will keep on loading for eternity. Currently using Nintex Form 2016 Version 4.6.4.0.Does anyone have any idea on how to tackle this issue and/or other javascript method to print to pdf?  

I have created one Nintex workflow which will provision the email on exchange server. But I am getting below error.  We have Mutiple exchange server. The company don't want to install Nintex exchange connector. Is this necessary to install connector to Exchange or default .asmx service we can do this.Error provisioning an email box for the specified user. The request is invalid.

Hi everyone, I am converting Nintex Workflows to another automation. Is it possible to get the filter of an existing value?As you can see on the screenshot below, there is already an existing value {Site HR Config List:Group}, my problem is I can’t identify the filter of this value, is there a way to get the filter of this? By the way, Site HR Config List is a list in SharePoint. Thank you in advance. 

Hi all, I need some help some from the Nintex community and am relatively new to Nintex. I have created a Nintex site workflow in Sharepoint 2013 which is scheduled to run each day and looks for any items in a custom list which are 15 days overdue and sends an email notification to the assigned person of that item the item with the url to bring them to the “edit item” page for that specific item.  My issue is that I cannot figure out how to include the “edit item URL” for a specific item in that list. I have done this a lot for list workflows, but because it is a site workflow I just cannot figure out how to capture the URL and insert it.  Below is the entire workflow and my explanation of each section: I look for the date which is 15 days earlier than today and store it in a variable.   I set a variable to when a specific item’s status in the workflow is labelled as “In Progress”  Query List - I look into my list (RBB - Request for Information Tracker) and i filter for the following f

Hi we have migrated from Nintex Forms 2013 to 2016 and our JQuery code read on repeating section no longer works. Using below code we can iterate thru the controls from the repeating section NWF$(".rptMain").find(".rptDetail").children(".nf-repeater-row:not('.nf-repeater-row-hidden')") It is working on Nintex 2013. Not working on Nintex 2016. 

I created a form with the File Upload control. Our users have Visitor permissions which have been modified to allow adding new list and document library items. However, when they submit, they are receiving an "Unable to upload files." error. What are the minimum SharePoint permissions required for a user to upload a file to the form? I tried to change it to Contribute but that didn't work either.

Is there a log that tracks purges? In other words, is there a history of purges that one can access and use to track how many times and when purges occurred for auditing purposes?

Hello! If someone posts a URL in a form, is there a way to have that URL show as a hyperlink when viewing the form?

Seeing multiple queued requests in IIS Worker processes Nintex requests are at the top of the request elapsed list. Trying to ascertain wether or not Nintex could be the cause of this. Everything appears healthy in ULS logs, no exceptions. No changes made recently. 

I have an old on premise SharePoint site that was migrated to the cloud with an InfoPath form.  I’ve since recreated that form with Nintex Responsive Forms, but only I am able to view the form now that it’s published.  For all other users of the site the form gets stuck in “Loading”.

I am working on designing a Nintex Form in SharePoint. The choice drop down does not allow fill-in values. The SharePoint list field is set to allow fill-in but the control in the form does not allow user to enter values when required. I am using the “New Responsive” designer. Is this available in another option?I do not want to use radio buttons as the drop down selections is a large set of values.Appreciate any help.

i have a list workflow. is there a way for the user to add the file to the list during the workflow running.  I actually enable ‘allow attachment’ in one of the ‘Request Data’ action. but the file attached by the user is not added into the list item. 

I am unable to edit any of the list using Nintex forms. I am having an onpremises version of SharePoint 2013 and Nintex 2013. The error which I am getting is, “You have opened Nintex Forms Designer in an unsupported browser. Please close Nintex forms designer and reopen using one of our supported browsers as specified in the Nintex forms installation guide, available for download from connect.nintex.com Please help to get rid of this. I tried from Chrome & Edge, both latest versions.

I have a SharePoint 2013 list that is using Nintex forms and has a repeating section that was not connected to a multiline of text from the beginning. I have created a workflow to get the FormData from the form and copy it to a multiline field. I then clean up the XML and want to get the values from my repeating section to use in other columns. The issue I’m having is that the XML is returning with extra information that I need to remove from the string. Hello everyone,after saving something (new mode, edit mode) the element stays open and blank for 30 sec. before it closes.If I close it manually, all the entries are there. Are there any options to close the window faster?  

I’ve really been trying to work through this and keep my opinions to myself, but I cannot stay silent anymore. What happened to the community site? It used to be wonderful, I could find the answers to my question(s) so quickly just straight from searching google or from the community site search. Now, ever since it’s changed to this new layout/web design, I’m assuming third party solution, I cannot find the answers to anything! OR, I’ll search it, and google will bring up the answer, but when I click it, it no longer takes me to the related community post. So, then I try to search for it here with the same search phrase and the results are totally different than google and completely unrelated to my question. There is/was SO much good content on this community, now all that amazing content has been lost in the weeds. PLEASE fix this! Lots of us trust, rely, and contribute to this community and it’s really heartbreaking to see all the knowledge lost and the community become un-useable.A

How can I clear a single text field of string type with a set value command

I have a Site Workflow that queries a list and pulls back filtered items in a list. I do a For Each ID in the collection and get the output. I then do a Start Workflow that runs another Site Workflow that has a Flexi-Task for approvals. I have it working however, the Approval Tasks are all for the first item in the list. How do I get it to loop through the collection and create unique Approval Tasks? Can someone provide screenshots of a working example of how I can accomplish this?

Working in Nintex SharePoint 2019 Classic Form Designer - problem does not exhibit in Responsive Designer.Add a label to a form with basic text and a few field references.  Field renders fine on page and in preview.  Re-enter label to make a few edits and display of content is gone, even when displaying via Edit Source.  If I Save changes, all content is gone, if I cancel, original content is there.

I have an application that is running in an On premises environment. The OS and mail services have now been upgrade to a Microsoft 365 environment. I am seeing some unexpected behaviors in the forms and some of the mail actions. My question is if there is something that need to be done for an application that was running in the On-Premise environment that is now executing in the Microsoft 0365 environment. Is there any type of migration that need to be done for the application to run as created in the Microsoft 0365 environment that is not migrated into the Nintex cloud (NWC). 

Hello, I have exported a form from Nintex 2016 and saved it as .xmlNow i am trying to import this form in the new Nintex designer but unable to do so.It allows me to select the file but nothing is getting imported.Pls suggest if there is a workaround
