Nintex Automation K2

K2 email event failed due to invalid recepient.  Remove the user from our application. and retried the instance still I am getting same error with user. Checked in database and current actioner name is getting as the user who is invalid. Any solution for this?

I am struggling with an issue in K2 5.4 with the Save as PDF Control The Save as PDF control does not seem to be evaluating the cell width property and is instead setting each cell to 100% width, causing each cell to wrap to the next row. I have tried changing the Save as PDF Control Page size and changing the Item View table column widths from percent to px. Still same issue. I have attached two screenshots below. Pictures are attached. Form.png is of the actual form, while PDF.jpg is the output from the Save as PDF Control Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

hello, I call sub work flow from the parent but sub workflow not firing when calling please check the below images; 

Used a timer step in workflow , once the flow enters into timer step after the mentioned time in control the timer step is not moving to the next step and keeps on running in Waiting state.   tried the below steps: 1.Restarted the K2 service and K2 server itself - not worked. 2.Stopped and restarted the workflow instance  - not worked. 3.Checked all the steps below and after timer step - which is perfectly working and no errors.   Looks like something in the K2 Database might stops the timer control once the K2 control flow enters intot the timer step of the workflow instance.   Help/Instructions/guidance will be highly appreciated.

Hi there.I have a form with a proceed button that triggers a timer. This timer performs a polling operation by calling a smart object method every 3 seconds and as soon as the smartobject reply matches a predetermined outcome, will proceed to the next step of a process. As for the ux/ui elements, I am displaying a spinner and "please wait" whilst this is happening, however each time the rule calls the smartobject method, I get a grey overlay flash on and off, which keeps looping a few times until the operation is done. Is there a way to suppress the overlay whilst the smo is being called as it is very annoying. Many thanks.

We have workflow where the query fetched the center names. In my case, no center was fetched using the query means no rows. and instead of getting into error, the step is skipped and workflow got approved.   Kindly let me know for such situation, how to avoid step to get proceed.

Hi All, I am creating a custom Worklist. Is there a way to determine if a Worklist item is Open/Allocated, like the Worklist control does:  I'm using the GetWorklistItems SmO method (Workspace > Workflow > SmartObjects > Worklist Item), but all items just show Active, nothing seems to elude to whether or not the Worklist Item has been opened:  Any ideas? Thanks,Ernie 

I have deleted the workflow instance from database but the user is still getting email reminders for tasks. The instance is still active. How to resolve it?

Hi, I am looking to see if there is a version of a Drag and Drop multiple file upload custom control or any other suggestions that are compatible with K2 Five. I have attempted to use https://community.nintex.com/t5/K2-Five-blackpearl/Drag-and-Drop-Upload-Control/ta-p/175782 however this must be incompatible with our version as when dragging a file onto the control in the browser this just downloads the file and doesn't actually do anything within the K2 form itself. Any help much appreciated.

How to terminate previously active processes? (2 to 3 years ago)Is there any other way to delete it? It's the same as when management tool delete (20 in 1 page), but in large numbers. Any tool? Script?

Our legacy systems utilized Muhimbi to convert and attach the form & related attachments to an email notifications, but our current K2 solutions are built independent of SharePoint.  The system owners require a similar solution on the K2 platform.  The stakeholders want to review the form & all the content in a single Pdf document.

Good Day  I am facing an issue when i submit my workflow. Immediatly after pressing the button to submit i am greeted with an Invalid serial number error message. I have no idea whats the cause because to my knowledge i have not passed any serial number. Even though i still get this message , the workflow still runs fine.
