App for Exchange Online for K2 in AAD to use oauth

Hi there

I have already registered an app to use OAuth for Exchange Online in K2. It seems to be working well in dev. Should I register another app for Prod or reuse the existing app in AAD? looks like I need to add a new one. Can someone please assist?
