I had try everything but the address form does not populate information.
Kindly please assist.

Did you add a rule to load the data from a SmartObject?

I did but now, if i type different address, only Midrand that is popping out to every field.

Could you provide more detail about what you are trying to do? Is sounds like you type in an address, then what? The user clicks a button, then you use a SmartObject to find a full or partial match? Instead of typing in an address which could depend on how the user enters the data, consider using one of the lookup controls.

On the Database, the things i type come correct but on k2, i only see Midrand location only.
