View Form - Opens Default Tab

I have created a form with tabs at the top to separate the form into sections.  I used the Choice Control and created a panel for each section.  I then added rule to each panel.  So far so good, tabs worked as I wanted them to.  I only have an issue when I open an item in SharePoint i.e. View Properties.  I want it to show the first tab Employee Details but instead it defaults to last tab Treatment & Investigation.Does anybody know how to do this please?

RepeaterRowDeleting event not triggered if last row

Hey guys,I'm trying to clear individual rows in a Repeating section, but the event doesn't seem to trigger if there is only one row...E.g.1) first row            X2) second row      XIt works OK if I try to delete either of these two rows.But then if I try it again on this:1) first and only row      Xthe event is NOT triggered!Any idea why? is it a bug or a feature??Here's the function I'm using to test this hypothesis:NWF.FormFiller.Events.RegisterRepeaterRowDeleting(function() {      console.log('here');})

Photo image size uploaded from Nintex Mobile App for iPhone

Using the attachment control in Nintex Mobile Forms for iPhone, users are able to take photos and submit through the Nintex Mobile app. Is there a way to set the size of the photo saved back to SharePoint?Currently, the mobile app seems to shrink the photos to about 1280x960 resolution, but my users are asking for higher resolution.

New to K2, need advice

Hi everyone!I have not yet worked with K2, but is quite impressed by what I have seen so far. I need to learn K2.Net, but do not know quite where to start. Can anyone maybe recommend any good books/tutorials? I am also interested in doing a course. If anyone is aware of any courses in the South Africa (Gauteng) region, I would appreciate it if they could provide me with that info.Also, what would you recommend as "prerequisite knowledge" for working with K2.net?Regards,Benna

Nintex Forms Drop-Down Bug?

Hello, yesterday we’ve installed the newest version of Nintex Forms. Now we’ve got the issue, that if we are working with a “Person-Column”, the drop-down where you can choose your user it will not be displayed correctly. Or  And this error only happens at the People/Person Drop-Down I’ve also tried to set the all the fields in the background and the people fields in the front, but I always got the same issue. Nice Regards

All CRM actions \Cannot connect to server\"

Hi,Just gone through a CRM2011 upgrade to CRM2016. I have many WFs with CRM actions. All WFs previously published are working (just changed global URL to point to new server URL)The issue is that I now get "Cannot connect to server" when I try to edit any CRM actions or add new ones.Installed version: Nintex Workflow 2010 (2.4.9.0) - Englishthe post https://community.nintex.com/message/15046 doesn't give me an acceptable solution (I believe that Nintex CRM actions are 2016 compatible on version 2.4.9.0)I'm not convinced at all that this is a Nintex issue but I'm posting this in the hope that someone can maybe point me in the correct direction of where the issue lays. Or should I log a support call as this is a big issue for us right now?Any help most appreciatedRegards

Hi, I have a ListView on a form and the view that the listview is based on is grouped. When we display the form the groups are collapse bu when we click to expand it just sits there 'working on it..'

There are only 5 items in the list.

Replacing A - E with 1 - 5

HiI have been trying to figure out if I can use forms inline function replace() for replacing the letters A to E with the numbers 1 to 5, ie. A becomes 1, B becomes 2, etc.  I have not been able to figure this out so was wondering if anyone could help?Thanks

Finding the highest value

HiI have a number of fields where users can choose from option A to E, with A being the highest value.  I need to find out what the highest value is that has been chosen out of any of these fields.For example:Field 1 value chosen BField 2 value chosen EField 3 value chosen AThe highest value is A, which is in field 3.Field 1 value chosen CField 2 value chosen BField 3 value hosen DThe highest value is B, which is in field 2Is it possible to get these fields into an array or set of value that I can sort and then pick the highest or something.  Any help is highly appreciated .Thanks

Disable mouse hover on disabled People picker

Hey guys,I seem to be experiencing something strange with a people picker control:If I disable a panel using NWF$('.form2 *').prop('disabled', true);and that panel contains a people picker, then the control is disabled correctly BUT the mouse hover still works (which is acceptable).The problem is, however, even though the popup is rendered correctly, it does not close and remains attached to the mouse cursor!The easiest solution should be to just disable the mouse hover programmatically in the people picker, either only on the disabled people pickers, or on ALL people pickers in general! (this is also an acceptable solution).I tried to use .unbind('mouseenter mouseleave'), but with no success... Any ideas?

Hi,I need to find out who had answered a flexi task. The task is assigned to a group and one of the group is approving the task. I tried with query list on Workflow Task, but in modified by I see System Account and not the user who approved the task. I switch on the versioning and found out the following:in Version 2 the right user is mentioned but afterward the System Account is modifying the column Status.Anybody has an idea how I can get the User?thanks in advance

Submit form reload the form and empty the fields

Hello, -I have a weird case happened to me sometimes, I have a huge form developed on nintex form, sometimes when I submit the form, it does not submit, it reloads the form and empty all the inserted fields, there is no errors in console, the button type is save and submit, it happens sometimes not always, does it related to the data size? or some token timeout??-Another issue, I develped a custom upload, and I use sharepoint service to upload it to some list, when I take too long to fill the form, the service refuses to upload, it give me ana exceptionsee the following screenshotI know this is a sharepoint issue, but if anyone can help would be appreciated.Thanks

SharePoint Library Update Event

I am trying to find a way to only begin a process instance when a specific field is updated in a library, or even better, the field is set to a specific value (ie. Status = Ready).It is simple to bind a process to the Update event on a library but it seems that there is no way to limit it at all.Anyone have ideas about this?

External view of branding

Currently we can attach images to the Send Notification action and it works great. If the images are stored locally, how can we design the action so that people outside of the network can see the images so that the email can be branded with our logo? So to clarify, we don't simply want an attachment, but rather have our company logo viewable in the email message to external partners. Thanks

Multiple Emails Setting Off Workflow

Hi, How do I stop multiple email notifications being sent after a field is modified.E.g. When an submission is made to a list, I want a notification to go to person A. Then if only a specific field is changed, the workflow runs again through the 'run modified condition' send to person B.However, at the moment if person B makes an amendment, person A receives a notification again (Work flow is seeing it as an item is being created again & sending the same notification as first)I ideally want - I make a submission, one notification sends to person A. (Person A to never receive another email, no matter what is amended to any fields in future). Then person A makes an amendment, then person B receives an email only.I need it to run upon creation & when modifiedI hope that is clearThank you

Multiple Reassigned Tasks - One Email

I have a task list where multiple tasks are grouped by project Id and assigned to a user. When I reassign the tasks I have a workflow that sends out an email. The issue is I will update assignment on all tasks for a project and then multiple emails go out as workflow is triggered based on when assignment is changed. Any ideas how 10-20 tasks being reassigned from user a to user b can send out only one email to user b?

Flexi task reminder email to non-task recipient

Hi all,I have a situation where I have a flexi task that has a group as the assignee. The flexi task also has reminder emails send to the assignees. However, the business has asked if the reminder emails can be sent to the requestor and the assignees cc'd in the reminder email.As far as I can tell this cannot be done in a flex-task or other workflow action. Does anyone know of another way to send the reminder emails to recipients other than the assignees?

Nintex forms 2 fields connected to same SP column

Situation- I have 2 panels one on the top of a form and one on the bottom off the form- A field (dropdown) is connected to the same SP column.- There is always one off the panels hidden (depending on the status on the form)- When i use the dropdown in panel1 it does not save the value because it saves the value in panel 2, which is hidden at that time.- When i use the dropdown in panel 2 it is saved correctly.So basicly i need the same column edited on different places on the form.So how can i accomplish that.I als have nintex workflow if the solution can be found there.Erik

Restarting a sub-workflow

Hi I've got a workflow that has a couple of sub-workflow steps. Obviously when the sub-workflows are running the main workflow pauses until they complete and pass control back to the main workflow.One of the sub workflows failed. I've sorted out the issue but if I restart the sub-workflow will the main workflow "un-pause" and continue when this finishes, or do I need to cancel everything and restart the main workflow?ThanksSamo

Cascading Drop Down Using One Reference List

All of my lookup data is ion one list called "Issue Item catalog". The first drop down will allow a person to select an item name, this then will offer one or more "National Stock Numbers" (NSNs) in the next control.I have been tinkering around with it based on the videos linked above but have not been able to make it work. if I cannot do it, please let me know and I will split my catalog in two.
