Hi all,

its been few days that i am receiving the below error message, we hadnt this issue since we using this Workflow and all of the sudden it start happening,

    Thanks Michael, the issue is everyhting was working fine up to last week friday, nothing has been changed since then and now i have starting having this issue. Any help really appreciated3116i7E959AE4546E70B3.png

    to fix this issue i had to remove request approval task and added the new one and republish the Workflow, i believe this issue happened after installing Microsoft Security Update in August.
