i have customized the nintex form in flexi task and published,but when i clicked the approval link its showing diffrent form with diffrent set of fields which is not related to the approval form...any idea ??

What device and application are you viewing the form with.
Has the Task List been changed in any way such as content types?

Can you check the list settings and be sure workflow task content type has been checked?
