Nintex Forms trial license key issue

We have Nintex Workflow v4.1.0.0 for SharePoint 2016 on premise.

Today, I downloaded and imported a trial key for Nintex Forms v4.1.0.0.

When I go to activate ‘Nintex Forms Prerequisites Feature’ at the Site Collection level, I am getting the following error ‘No license file has been found for Nintex Forms’.

 

Any ideas on how to get past this issue?

    You could try doing an iisreset to make sure the license is being picked up.

    Thank you for the response. I did run an iisrest and still no luck. License has been imported and Activated in Manage Web Application Features and in Site Collection Features.

    Hi,
    In your initial post it was advised that site collection features could not be activated and your last post is saying that they are now activated. What is the current issue you are facing?
