PS: (for bonus points.......) ... is there a way to attach an uploaded file to a SharePoint item, or put it into a SharePoint library? I can not for the life of me see where to do that.

I've set up a OneDrive to capture the uploads, connected it, and it is now working.
I have exaclty the same issue. Unfortunately the link you recomended is generating a 404.
Some help would be very appreciated.
