Process Manager

Hi there, just wondering if when you create a policy in process manager while using policy mode, should it be showing the associated role information?A post made about enabling and using policy mode says this should not show.  

Staff are receiving change notifications on processes even though:There are no “All Staff” roles allocated They are not a stakeholder “Enable optional dashboard notifications for process changes (Default: Off)”   Is turned to Off “Users with viewing permissions are participants in accessible processes (Default: Off)”   Is turn to OffThere seems to be no reason for this - but they are all SOPs from a certain group - I have checked the group settings also and can’t see anything obvious.Has anyone else had this issue and know where it might be coming from?Thanks

This week and last week, I notice the mini-mode links I’m sending to users result in a map disclaimer stating, “No activity steps have been added to this process yet.” The process is complete (though not published) in Nintex Process Manager. When the users select the “Map” tab or “Procedure” tab, the underlying data loads beautifully but something is preventing it from loading it initially. Users feel the link is broken and confusion as well as excess work results. Can you troubleshoot this recent issue for me, please? 

Trying to export processes that have variations and then import them into another tenant, but the variations separate out when importing them.Is there a way to keep them as variations?

Hi there Is it possible to re-order the improvements portfolios as they show in the reporting screen? This is not our final list of portfolios but certainly wouldn’t want a general proposals section to appear first, would be more important for us to have non-conformances or health and safety concerns to show here but I can’t figure out if there is a way to adjust this order. Thanks! :)

We are looking at moving over to explicit process reviews so they are done at the same time every year. BUT, is there a way to disable the override default so that process editors cannot change this? 

HiWe have a process that is being archived and replaced with a new more fulsome process ie we are not simply updating an existing process.I am trying to determine where the soon to be archived process may be linked to others, and cannot find a “process link” type report where I can pull this data.I would like to get ahead of the archive process and update any related processes (linking to the replacement process before we proceed to archive the ‘old’ one), is there a way to do this that I haven’t yet stumbled upon?It feels like a simple type of report showing the relationship between published processes so perhaps I’m missing something obvious - any help would be most appreciated!

I’m trying to find a way to remove review dates from the images.

We are trying to send minimode links with an external auditor but when they receive the email with the link it is still asking them to input log in details for our organisation (which they don’t have).  Does anyone have any idea how we let external parties view the minimodes?

In posts from 2022 Nintex said they were looking at introducing reporting features for Checklists - we’re looking at tracking the progress of all our clients using this but want to be able to see things like average time to go through the process, each person’s number of checklists, etc.Is there an ETA on any updates to the Checklists function that might introduce reporting features?

I can save with comments and publish a process model, but I can’t see the comments, history, etc. and can’t roll back to a previously published version… what am I missing?

Hello everyone,There is currently an ongoing outage for Process Manager (as of 29-Oct-2025 16:00 UTC). Normally we post our system status on https://status.nintex.com/, however, this particular outage relates to an ongoing Azure Front Door service outage (Azure status), which is also impacting our ability to update our Nintex Status site.(screenshot as of 29-Oct-2025 17:18 UTC)We will be aiming to provide updates as soon as possible, however for now the most effective route to track the resolution of this is via the 

Is there a system wide outage occurring now?  The CIty of Boise cannot access ProMapp/Nintex.  Just spins and then returns the error message  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. Where do you post outages?  It would be nice to be alerted to system wide outages.  Thank you for the information.  

Is there a way to find those processes that have no activities i.e. the process has been created with no content.

We have noticed the appearance of a new “Model” option in our Process Group Information,   we currently dont use this function and have it switched off in our configuration.    I just wondered if this tab is meant to be displaying in tenants that arent using this function ?  When its selected it displays a not authroized message ,    We havent seen anything on What’s New indicating this change ?    

I am receiving an error weekly stating, “Error getting breadcrumb children” and my search here yielded nothing so I wonder if you have some wisdom for why this keeps happening and what I should do to avoid the error. My teammates are not receiving it.

Hi there, Is there the capability to make adjustments to the investigation form fields and the action form fields, the same as we can change the reporting form fields. Particularly within the investigation this would be useful, we require a lot more information and are currently using a template but as you can’t make the upload of the finished template mandatory this requires manual checking. Thank you

I am struggling to set up my instance of Nintex Process Manager to only allow roles as the owner / expert, and not an individual user (trying to future proof to make it easier to manage when someone is promoted / resigns etc.).  Is there a setting where one can set it to only allow roles and no individual users (names) as experts / owners? 

What is the best way to transfer roles and process ownership when someone leaves the workplace (Maternity leave or otherwise)?

My colleague has been having issues with submitting a process for approvals. She has been getting error messages like “Bad Request” or “Contact Nintex support or ProMaster’. She has tried everything and still the issue exists. Can anyone help with this?Kind Regards,

Is it possible to access process maps in Process Manager from Microsoft Copilot. The use case would be for a team to ask a question of Copilot, and the answer is provided by a process map. We would answer with a link to the process map.Our backup plan is to export the process maps to PDFs which is manual and could become outdated. Thanks

I have a Process  that needs to be archived and it has some Risk Treatment dependencies.From what I've read, I need to remove the Risk Treatment dependencies, submit the changes for approval and then I can archive once approved? But... I can't figure out how to remove the Risk TreatmentsIf someone has advice on how to do this it would be greatly appreciated

I have changed the Process Owner on one of my processes, but it will not route for approval to that new person.  It is still routing to the originally assigned person.  Can someone let me know if I need to do something different to get this Process Owner changed?
