We are trying to send minimode links with an external auditor but when they receive the email with the link it is still asking them to input log in details for our organisation (which they don’t have).  Does anyone have any idea how we let external parties view the minimodes?

Hi David,

You likely have one of two settings turned on in your site:

  1. You have this setting turned on, which would require someone to log-in to view minimodes: https://help.nintex.com/en-us/promapp/Admin/Configuration.htm#RequiredAuthenticationForMinimodeLinks:~:text=the%20shared%20process.-,Required%20user%20authentication%20for%20access%20to%20minimode%20links,-Authenticated%20users%3A%20All
  2. You have set viewing permissions on this folder or a parent folder, so only specific roles or users can see the underlying processes: https://help.nintex.com/en-us/promapp/Admin/ManageGroups.htm#RolesAndUsers:~:text=How%20can%20I%20manage%20permissions%20to%20a%20process%20group%3F

Check those and you will likely find your restriction. :)
