Is there a way to find those processes that have no activities i.e. the process has been created with no content.

You can identify processes with no activities by using the Process List report under Admin > Reports.

  1. Go to Admin > Reports > Process List.

  2. Tick Show Version Number before running the report.

  3. Export the results to CSV for easier filtering.

When a process is first created, it’s saved as v0.2 (In Progress) and only contains the summary details — such as the process title, objective, background, owner, and expert — without any activities. By filtering your CSV for processes with version 0.2 (or other low, single-digit versions), you can identify those that are likely just placeholders with no content yet.
