H, So I have a workflow that is scheduled to run monthly as a first step, next step is to interrogate a target list with a ‘Query List’ action.  Problem is I'm getting a first record that hits criteria but its not running through the whole list, It’s hitting the first record/ responding as expected / hits criteria fine and I get a notification email. Problem is that’s the only notification I’m getting, and I know there are more in that list that hit that criteria but are not sending me notifications for them.  I believe my list is not being looped through but I'm not sure what’s up.  Here is my workflow. The first email disabled is just me making sure I have what I need into the ‘IF TRUE THEN’ and then I only get one email.   I then get into the next step, ‘run if true’ but I’m only getting one response from what I believe is a correct hit to send a notification.  How do I have the workflow go through all the rest of the records and test / present if any of the other list’s records as

Unable to display a UI field that I have configured in one model with a picklist from another model. Beleive that something is incorrect with the configuring.In my task model, I have configured a UI field which I have called "1st Vehicle Discussed". This field is set up as:    - General Tab        - Field Id: 1st Vehicle Discussed        - Display Type: Combobox         - Picklist source: Rows in Model        - Return Type: Text    - Picklist model        - Model: Fund (this is a custom object)        - Entry value: {{Bucketed_Fund_Names__c}}              - Bucketed_Fund_Names__c field is a picklist field in the Fund object & enabled on Fund Model        - Entry label: {{Bucketed_Fund_Names__c}}        In the form that displays 1st Vehicle Discussed, I just see a blank drop down. However if I use {{Name}}instead of {{Bucketed_Fund_Names__c}} in the UI field picklist model, I do see the Fund record names inthe dropdown.Is there something that I am missing in configuring the picklist

Users are reporting issues with Nintex forms rules all of a sudden.I have a simple form with a checkbox with a validation rule.The checkbox is connected to a SharePoint list field “DeductFromSalary” of the type YES/NO.  The behavior with this rule is just weird​. When I check the box… the validation message appears. That should NOT happen as the validation rule is set to display the message when the box is NOT checked. And once it’s displayed… it won’t go away anymore.I can check/uncheck as much as I want… the message stays there.When I remove the “not()” function from the condition, everything seems to be fine. The validation message is displayed when the checkbox is checked and disappears when the checkbox in unchecked. It seems like an issue with the NOT function that is used.We didn’t change anything on the environment. It’s a SharePoint 2019. No updates, no configuration changes, nothing. Hi, we have a workflow with an environment variable called “MyWorkflows URL”. this environment variable is used in multiple workflows. I want to check for completed processes / workflows the value for this environment variable. Question 1: Where I can check the environment variable value for a completed process?Question 2: Is there something like a change log for environment variables?  

I was wondering if there was a limit to how many workflows on SharePoint can be ran at one time. For instance, I have a workflow that runs on item creation in a SharePoint list. If another resource creates 2400 items in that list, that would mean I have around 2400 workflows running at one time. This appears to be an issue as I do run into many items in that list that show a workflow status of “In Progress” and are stuck with that status for an indefinite amount of time. Any assistance on how to navigate this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I configured a connection between DocuSign & Nintex, such that whenever a document is signed in DocuSign, it will trigger the Nintex workflow to run. I have a Document library and a Nintex form associate with it.   In the classic experience: after I upload the file to the document library, the Nintex form pops up right-a-way. In the modern experience: after I upload the file to the document library, I need an extra steps to bring up the Nintex form.   Is that normal behavior to launch the Nintex form for Document library in classic vs modern experience?   Thanks

Is it possible to define a category in a NWC form when displaying in the Nintex Mobile app as we do in Nintex for Office 365?

I have a form layout with two panels (green and orange) that both resize depending on their contents.  They are both inside a containing panel (yellow).  This is how it looks in design view: You can see that in design view, the green panel is taller, and is setting the top and bottom height of the yellow panel.However, when actually viewing the form, the orange panel may be taller.  In this case, the yellow panel is ignoring the height of the orange panel and setting the height of the yellow panel based only on the green panel.  As a result, the orange panel is cut off.  The best I’ve been able to do so far is add a scroll bar, but this isn’t ideal. I would like the yellow panel’s height to be set based on the height of the green panel or orange panel, whichever is taller.  Is there any way to accomplish this?(I started looking into JavaScript to manually set the height, but it’s not returning correct heights until some point after the page loads.  I haven’t yet found any JavaScript ev

Hi all, We're migrating from SharePoint 2013 to 2016 and have ran into an issue while testing forms in the 2016 environment. Hi everyone,Users in my organisation sign in to Promapp using SSO after they have been previously set up using their name and their work email address as their log on.In relation to subject line, I would like to know If the authentication done behind the scenes is done via an integration from another system or manually, as in when requested by the user?This query is from in internal business analyst wanting to determine the potential impact of a user email domain change would have on their SSO log on. My guess is that to maintain user access the simplest way would be to update the log on field with their new email address and the SSO should continue to work?Thanks in advance,U 

I requested a trial of Nintex for Sharepoint yesterday morning, more than 24 hours ago.  I followed up with a request directly to sales@nintex.com, but have had no response. Is this normal?We want to evaluate this product (On Premise) and iron out any issues that we have, prior to moving to the cloud edition in the next 18 to 24 months. Another question.  We have two SharePoint servers/SQL servers one for our international data and the other for our local data.  Can I install the same trial on both environments, or do I have to request a trial for each of them?

Hello All,Our contract with Nintex expires in November. We will not be renewing our contract.Will the system continue to operate if we do not renew?Or does the system check for a valid license in order to continue working? Any info is appreciated. -tomas

Hi I have a scenario where i have multiple forms and each form different level of approvers and i have to create seperate workflow for each form  , so to make it dynamic i can create a component workflow with looping task assignees based on form and call the this component workflow for task assign on form submission , but the challenge is how do i pass the task form for approvals Please suggest any ideas on this. Thank you

HI, Nintex Experts A very Good Morning from Nepal, I'm attempting to use a Sharepoint Nintex List workflow to insert data from a repeating section of a form into multiple rows in a SQL table. For instance, if the repeating section contains multiple values, I want to insert each of those values into a separate row in the SQL table along with the Unique ID In below i am trying to insert each filled shift and roster date in SQL.  Any Help and suggestion will be greatly appriciated.

Will there be a quiz option for forms in the future similar to what Microsoft provides with their forms?  I ask because we are using a MS “Quiz” form that allows for a timer. We’d like to move this into Nintex but can’t think about any OOB ideas to make this happen. 

Hi there, I’m wanting to get some advice - particularly from organisations with regulatory functions eg. Councils.  We have had a change in the system we use for our document management and while looking to change wording in processes to the new system (which is a manual process of 400+ processes), System tag change is easy - it’s wording within the process that causes manual work. What do other people do in a process when referring to saving a document in a particular system?  Do you use the actual system name (which could change any time and mean more rework) or do you use a generic name  - like Record Management System, EDRMS etc.Keen to hear others ideas.
