Hi!I am a newbie at K2.Today I got into a problem. I created a List View with many columns (the images below).  I want to adjust the width of columns in ListView to fix their title header length and create a horizontal scroll for the ListView. But I can not adjust the width of the column nor create a horizontal scroll. Are there any solutions?Thanks! 

I want to create a SPFx ListView Command Set Extension and provide a button which allows the users to start a specific NAC component workflow of a selected SharePoint-Online List-Item.I will use the OpenAPI of NAC to do so. My question is: If the Token of the component workflow will expire (and you know, we get not a warning!), the Token itself will not change. - Is that correct? - Otherwise, I would need to update my Code… - Just to make sure, I am on the right track.  

HelloMy requirement is to send an email to the user by reading the user’s email address from list column.  And this column is optional, it is not necessary to have a value. The Send an email action fails when this field is blank in Nintex Automation Cloud.  But there was no error with Nintex for Office 365 workflow. I may have to use RunIf action to check if this column has a value before sending an email.  Apart from this solution, is there any other solution?  Thank you. 

Using Skuid NLX (17.5.0.0) I have a wizard that create a new row on a model and then guides a user through filling out a form. On the final page of the wizard is a review of what they have entered and I have the form set to Read Only, however it displays in edit mode when it navigates to that step. To troubleshoot I had the record save before it got to that step and it displayed correctly Read Only mode. Is it possible to have a form of an unsaved new record display in read only mode?

Hi I’m using the K2 5.7 and use the Microsoft Graph API to get the list of group/user. My problem is, I want to see the group name nested in another group. When executed the SMO name User with method Get User in Group, result will be the list of user in that group and all users in the nested group but no nested group name. Is there anyway to get the group name nested in those group?

I want to be able to look up data based on input within a repeating section. Ie if the repeating section is Prod / Price/ Qty / Cost I want to be able to be able to look up the price when the product input has been made.thank you 

Hi everyone, I need some independent advice.A developer was given the task to write a custom service broker for K2 Five. I received a set of DLL files, one main DLL and dozens of other DLLs that are related to the frameworks used. If I were to deploy this to K2 Five, it means copying all those DLLs to "C:\Program Files\K2\ServiceBroker". This creates quite a mess of files there, in that directory, where it's not easy to know what's there "by default" by installing K2 and what's added there because of some custom broker. Isn't there some way to avoid this, e.g. having the main custom broker DLL and other related DLLs in some subdirectory?Thanks in advance for the opinions. 

I saved a sharepoint site as a template.  It contains nintex forms and nintex workflows . I created a new site using this template. The new site doesn’t have a published nintex form.When I tried to open a list iem, it opened Sharepoint form.  i have to manually publish the nintext form, so that user can use it.

How can I add a skuid page to a Salesforce Lightning Dashboard? I am able to add a skuid page to a Salesforce Classic Dashboard by following the instructions in https://docs.skuid.com/v15.3.25/v2/en/skuid/deploy/salesforce/visualforce/dashboard.html. However want to be able to add the Skuid page to the customer’s existing Lightning Dashboard.

I would like to create a report using an Ultimate parent, parent and child records. I tried with tables in word, but it has been a formatting nightmare. Looking for guides on the best way to do this! Can anyone point me to some how-to videos or guides to show me the way? Thank you Seth(the newbie) 🤔

This is for Sharepoint 2019 on-prem.I’m working on a project with Sharepoint lists with lots of views (hundreds of views). If I want to add a new list column and make it visible to all views, is that possible through Nintex workflow so I don’t need to edit each view manually? I’ve been looking at webservice queries but the documentation is very difficult to find and digest. I have seen that I can make newFields through an UpdateList method, but I’m not sure how it works or how the syntax is.A second question I have is if it is possible to add a new view to a list automatically through workflow. For instance if I would supply the list-id (or list name), criteria on which to sort and filter the view, and the view name, all through WF variables. If it is possible, how would it be done?

I have just one “Assign a task to multiple users”-Action in a NAC component workflow.If I edit the form and want to assign a submit rule, I cannot see my Task name in the left panel of “Insert Variable”. Therefor, I cannot choose “outcome” to apply a rule to see if the user gave a reason for rejecting the task.   As soon as I add another Task, I see always the Form Name of the other Task but not the current one. What could cause such an behaviour? 

I am not able to choose german as a default language for a Task-Form in a “Assign a task to multiple users”-Action.As you see here:  The regional setting from this related Form is set to german.Our global language settings having english as the default and I cannot change this because we live in a multi language environment:  Is that a bug or am I miss something?

I’ve seen an example to do this from a form, but this is in a SharePoint list. I have a repeating section. I can extract each field (name and email address), but can’t figure out how to send an email to each and addressing each one by name. For instance, I want to send an email to each sfisher@gmail.com and to bbobber@gmail.com and address each one with their name respectively. (send to sfisher@gmail.com and say “Hi Sam”) I queried each xml field and can get that data. Here are my queries in the workflow:

I have been adding JavaScript apps (React.js) into a K2 form.The issue is that the K2 themes overrides many of the styles in my app and that I spend a lot of time correcting the CSS.Is there a simple way using either CSS or JavaScript to override the K2 theme’s CSS? I need to have the K2 theme in the form because there are other Views that use it.

Hi,I’ve added a List View into my form which will be used to display messages. Users edit an editable list, i then use a regular list view which is stripped back, just to show the message on the form.However, despite me trying the settings in the list view, I am unable to get it to get the chunky top bar to not display, any ideas how to achieve this?See attached pic Thanks

How do you get ALL list item attachments to merge into the DOCGEN for a single PDF - which routes for final storage.  We need ALL pdf’s in one, not the docgen + links to pdf attachments (because the links will break once the holding library deletes that item). 

How to configure a LIST wf to list/display all item attachments?  The approver needs to see ALL attachments for the item they are approving. They don’t need a link to go back to the item to then click on each attachment. I see training on NWC/nintex cloud, but we are on prem.
