Nintex for SharePoint

Hello,We are running a 2016 SharePoint Farm with 8 server plus the DB Server. We have four Front-end with Distributed Cache, two App server and two search server.Now we get various errors with the scheduled tasks. I reinstalled Nintex Workflow Scheduler according to https://community.nintex.com/t5/Nintex-for-SharePoint-Forum/Scheduled-workflows-and-the-Nintex-Workflow-Scheduler-timer-job/td-p/85717But what I also saw, is that the service “Nintex Synchronization” always fails. But it amazes me, that this service is running on one of the search servers. Can this be right? The Nintex license is of course only valid for the four FE.Is there a way, to reinstall or move this service with NWAdmin.exe?kind regardsMichael

Is it possible to create a nintex form from word document?  we have been using the microsoft word as a form but want to convert it to a nintex form which i can develop from there.

Hello,   I have a lookup field to an external list on the Nintex form, when I change it to get from a specific View from the external list, it showing me only the first 30 items from the view- which is the first page data, if I change the item limit to 100, it is showing me 100. How to get away from the pagination issue? Is it possible to show all items from the view, instead of pages.  

Hello I have the following two lists: List1, columns: Title (string), Location (choice), Date (date only) Title | Location | Date------------------------------------A | 1 | 01/07/2021B | 2 | 01/07/2021C | 3 | 02/07/2021 List2, columns: Title (string), Date (date only)Title | Date--------------------A | 01/07/2021B | 02/07/2021C | 03/07/2021 On my Nintex form, I have List Lookup control with the following filtering settings Any My goal is to filter List1 based on selected date from List2 for example:I select 01/07/2021 then the filter will return items A and B on the dropdown-list for List1 Unfortunately, it does not work. Both date values appear to be in the same format but when I select the date from List2 control then the dropdown list based on List1 is empty.  Any idea what am I doing wrong?

I want to be able to complete a flexi-task when the review fills out a certain field/list column in the form. I don't want to use the default approve/reject in the flexi-task. How do I get the flexi-task to detect that the list column has been updated, and move on?

I have a requirement to lock filled in repeating section and still be able to add new rows. I tried the below is Edit Mode && Action !=""Action is a control name. I have four controls in the repeating section, so I added four rules one per each control. This locks the filled in repeating section. However the problem is I can't go back to the same form and add new rows. "Add new row" option is also locked. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks. 

Hello,  I'm fairly new to Nintex so I may be a little out of my depth here, but I'm working with a very basic time off request workflow and would like the know how I would go about showing overlapping requests in the notification email associated with the approval task.  I believe I would need to query the request calendar list for all start/end dates and then do the same thing for the current request, then compare them for overlap and place the results in a new variable finally adding that variable to the email notification.  I'm just looking for a bit of guidance on where to begin with this as far as workflow actions. Any help is much appreciated.

Hey everyone.  I am using Nintex Workflow action "Copy to file share" for Sharepoint 2019, and I have a need to take files in a document library and move them to a location on a shared drive.  I have no problem with getting the action to work for individual files, but I need to be able to dynamically create a new folder within the specified directory, so that they can stay organized.  I have tried specifying the non-existing folder name in the path (I have found that this sometimes works, specifically with scan to folder via smb) but instead of creating the folder I get "Error Code: (55) The specified network resource or device is no longer available."  We are using an SPFx webpart to gather these documents as part of a process that ends with these documents needing to be swept into a folder for imaging (our imaging software doesn't have a sharepoint connector). Does anyone know of a way to automate the creation of a folder on a shared drive from sharepoint/nintex so that the users don

Hi Friends,I have no idea about Javascript. But I need it to add in my nintex form. Can any one please guide me?Scenario: I have four tabs on the Nintex form where I want to hide 3 tabs on start form and display only one tab How do I use javascript to do this ? 

If there are duplicate values in a collection (e.g. Audi;BMW;Audi;Volkswagen), when using the Exists function in the Collection Operation action, which value does it return? - i.e does it return 0 or 2 when using Exist on the value Audi?   I am using SharePoint OnPrem.   Thanks, Josh

I was trying to setup a schedule site workflow but its not kicking of. Any suggestions please what should I check ? I also checked the timerjob for schedule workflows but I did not find any of the things associated with scheduled workflows.

I have a Nintex Form in SharePoint 2016. The form has a date field and a user is required to enter a date. How do I put that validation. IsnullorEmpty does NOT work on date field.   Thanks.   Mayank

How can I hide a choice option on Nintex form based on another field in form.Details:The request type field on form has several choices you can chose from when on New Mode: NEW, Enhance, Modify, etc. I want to be able to remove the choice of NEW when the form is on Edit mode. Because it is no longer a New form submission.

I know this is going to be a very basic question, but here it is.  The "For Each" workflow action isn't work for me.  It's probably because I switch back and forth between several different systems, languages and workflow engines. I'm trying to set up a workflow that looks at a "Deadline Date" in a list evaluates the due date and sends out notifications to the owner of the item.  The list has numerous items (5 or 6 hundered) that need to be evaluated, however I can only get it to evaluate one item in the list.  

I'm working in nintex workflows for sharepoint 2013 and for some reason the show gridlines button is grayed out for me. When I tested the workflow the emails were coming through structured as a table, but did not show the lines. Is there a way with HTML that I can add the table lines if I'm not able to use the design buttons? And if so, how do I use HTML to add the lines? Any help would be tremendously appreciated!  

I have been searching for an answer with no luck.  We are trying to copy documents that meet our criteria from one library to another.  Here are the steps we followed:Copied the existing library as a template Created the mirror library using the template Wrote a Site workflow to query the documents that meet our criteria Have a For Each loop that processes the collection Add Copy Item (Copy to SharePoint is not an option for a site workflow) The workflow will run and copy some document but then errors our for several different reasons Sometimes it stops and error is source and destination information dont match Sometimes it stops and error is unexpected error I have tried restarting the workflow at the next document ID and it runs and stops again.  Attached workflow for review.  A fellow Nintex developer told me to put a counter in for pause and restart.  I have been pulling my hair out for over a week and cant get this to work.  Would someone please tell me what is wrong

I have a from that I created and the data is stored in the SharePoint list. I would like to create a look up that when a new form is created I can retrieve data from a previous submission in the same list. I created a Look Up to retrieve the unique Tag No from the same list so it can retrieve the data for that submission. I then created a calculated field to look up the field that I need bring in to the new form based on the PRD Tag No that is selected from the drop down (lookup field).  I have tried two different ways. This will return an error: #Value! This will return a blank field Is a lookup field to query for information on the same list not the correct control to use?Your help would be greatly appreciated.     

We have this repeating section below and we want to connect the field only in Display Form and disconnect to EditForm. 

Dear Community, I got an issue with workflow, today at noon when users are using the application, the database got full & users can't do anything after that until I purge the logs database & increase the size of drives. Based on the error below in workflows. Error in task. The transaction log for database 'NW2013DB' is full due to 'LOG_BACKUP'.  After which things were fine for new items until we found that there is an issue with existing workflow instances too, so where ever users submitted tasks with some outcome it doesn't get updated in the workflow. Users received emails with "No response required" after they submitted their response, but the main item workflow still showing running that task which is completed in the Nintex task list. Also, there are still remaining actions that never ran. Luckily I have verbose logging on for some testing which shows me an error under vTextError - Error returned from server: The operation has timed out  Task History shows Pending

I have a flexitask in a workflow.    After the user answers the task, I want an item to be created in the name of the person that answered the task and not in the name of me, the workflow creator or in the name of the person that started the workflow.  I can get the name of the user answering the task.   That isn't the problem.   What IO need to do is be able to create an item as them. Is there any way to create the item in the name of someone else in a workflow?   I could use JavaScript on the flexitask form but want to avoid that.

Hello, I'm using Nintex for SharePoint 2016 to create a workflow to automatically send an email weekly to a group of people if certain field are set to something. Here's what I my flow looks like,     If Certified is equal to 'No' AND Owner is blank    Export the list to excel    Attach the excel to the email notification, send it to the managersI need help on exporting the list and attaching it to the email. Can some please help. It will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
