Migration Nintex

Hi,

Sharegate tool migrates the Nnitex forms and workflows along with the list/document library when you migrate from on-premise to online. Here are some points to note:

1. Curretnly, Sharegate migrates Nintex classic forms, it cannot migrate responsive forms, even it migrates, you cannot make changes to the migrated form in SharePoint Online with Nintex Form Designer. Alternate is to identify all responsive forms and convert them to classic forms. Here is the link to know more details on finding the responsive forms in your SharePoint farm.


2. Not all Nintex for SharePoint On-premise Workflow actions are compatible with Nintex for Office 365 Workflow actions, you can refer this link for compatible actions.  Actions that are not compatible, will not migrate with tool, you just see an empty placehoder in the migrated workflow, you have to find a suitable workflow action and update the logic.


3. If you have any custom task forms for "Assign Task", "Assign Flexi Task" actions, the custom task form are not migrated, all custom task forms are reset to out-of-the-box Nintex forms, you must re-design them, more details here


4. Nintex Live forms are not supported in SharePoint Online, you have to use Nintex Workflow Cloud (NWC) to re-create all Nintex Live forms with NWC forms.
