Is it possible to create a nintex form from word document?  we have been using the microsoft word as a form but want to convert it to a nintex form which i can develop from there.

Hi,

Yes, you can do it. Start with creating a SharePoint list and create a columns in the list to store the details that you capture on the word document. For example, if you are capturing first name, last name, address on your word document, create columns for each of these details in list. Then create a Nintex form for that list, and you can also customize the look and feel of the Nintex form in the Nintex Designer. You can find lots of videos in youtube as well.
