Nintex for SharePoint

Hello everyone, I have a multi-level approval process where each state will have an Assign Flexi Task. All Flexi tasks have reminders for every 15 minutes (interval is so short for testing purposes). Have a State Machine with 5 different states. At 1st state the Flexi task completes fine. And at 2nd state Flexi task assigns as expected and receiving the task email too. But here the workflow seems stuck on this step. Not getting reminder emails even after waiting for several hours. If I go and respond to the task also nothing happens. Tasks are still shown at the Not Started state. And if I try to respond 2nd time the task says it's locked (probably because I already responded) but the workflow is just stuck there and not moving forward/ not sending reminders.Tried adding a pause or Commit pending changes before Assign Flexi Task actions. But this is not helping in any way.Any insights why this happening.I tried re-importing the workflow, removing the entire state machine, and building

Hello, I need to install trial version of Nintex for SP2019.I'm waiting for hours and still no mail...Any suggestions?

I want to evaluate Nintex Sharepoint. I have tried multiple times but I'm not receiving any email in any folder inbox/junk etc. Any help in this regard will be hihglhy appretiated. Also if you could help which option should I use to evalute Nintex sharepoint as I have tried Nintex Workflow 2019 and project server 2013 but didn't receive any email while choosing any of the option:  

I have a workflow with a multiple branch 'Switch' action. Each branch has a 'Start' Workflow' action configured to execute Approval workflow with 'Wait for workflow to complete' option enabled.  For two branches, the workflow waits until the Approval workflow that's triggered is completed. For the remaining branches, the workflow doesn't wait even if the triggered Workflow in the 'Start Workflow' action is In-progress. Any help to fix this inconsistent behavior is truly appreciated?

Hi,Is it possible to replace or redesign Infopath forms for XML document library in SPO ?It throws error when i try to create the form in Nintex form .Or do i need to create a list and handle all the variables in the Nintex form ?Please suggest what approach shall i go with.  

Hi Everyone,I am having an issue making a rule to show/hide a control box. I have represented my situation with the example below.Lets say I have BoxA which is a Choice Control with selections Left, Right, Center. I have BoxB which is a single line textbox Control and I have BoxC which is a single line textbox Control.I want BoxB to become visible only when BoxA selection is either Left or Right or if BoxC contains the letters ‘CNVL’.I also want BoxB to be required to have data in it, if it becomes visible.Thank you.

AfternoonI have a Nintex Workflow which stalls at a Flexi task. The previous action is approved and the flow changes to 'Awaiting HR Approval' and just hangs there? I've checked the configuration of the flexi task in question and it's configured no different to the previous one. The 'Task content type' is set to '...Outcome task using Nintex Form. I've set the Assignee to myself and the Behaviour is 'First response applies' but I'm getting nothing. Any idea why it's just stalling at the Flexi task?

I have a Nintex workflow for a SharePoint 2013 list. The list has a "Due Date" date column and an "FY" calculated column. FY calculates the Fiscal Year from Due Date. When I run the workflow on an existing item, FY is present and the workflow works as designed. But when I run the workflow automatically on a new item, FY has not been set, and the code fails.Is this typical behavior? Would it be best to pause the workflow until FY has been populated before proceeding? Since the workflow fires after the save, I'm not sure why the calculated column is not already populated.

I have a nintex form which interacts with a SharePoint Online list - all working fine until today, when the one form (for only 2 records) started giving several users a "Under does not Exist or is not Unique" error when the item is being submitted (please note that this is an existing item which is being edited and updated, not a new item being submitted. Has anyone any idea why this is happening, and also what the fix is?

Dear Everybody,When I am trying to display a NINTEX Desktop form in Chrome or Safari browser in IPHONE, I am getting a screen like follows:I have enable the cookies but no result. I can only see two button "Save" and "Cancel". I don't want to create a mobile layout for this.I can display the same form as it is Chrome browser of Android device and it's working perfectly.Is this is a bug for IPHONE?Please help me out.Regards,

So I have a test workflow with a single date variable set to initialize with the current date...The workflow consists of a single logging action...When I configure the workflow to start with the default form, I get the expected output...When I configure the workflow to use an InfoPath start page, the variable fails to initialize...How can I get my date variable to initialize when using InfoPath start form?Thanks!

Hello all, I have a people picker field on my Nintex form called 'Delegate Participant'. This field shows up on my form 10 different times in different participants panels incase they want to delegate before sending to the next participant. The idea is to use the 'Delegate Participant' field on the form as a place holder for the Participant 1-10 to pick a Delegate participant if they need/ want before sending it to the next participant. To best explain I will go through a scenario - So initiator adds Participant 1, Participant 2 and Participant 3 Participant 1 opens the form and clicks 'Delegate' in the P1 choice field. This makes the 'Delegate Participant' field visible. 'Participant 1' then chooses someone as the 'Delegate Participant' and sends. The workflow that is triggered will then make 'Delegate Participant' as 'Participant 2'... 'Participant 2' as 'Participant 3' and 'Participant 3' as 'Participant 4' and so on.  My issue is when I try to do this I run into troubles where the

Hi all, When designing a workflow, I can get carried away and add a large number of actions during the design / development phase. In order to optimise the performances of the workflow, I need to reduce the number of boxes by creating sub workflows. However, I would like to know if there is a way to quickly determine how many boxes I have in a workflow before making the decision to brake it down. The same thing applies to workflows created by users themselves (who have no concept of performances or technical limitations). Thanks!

I am using nintex workflow for sharepoint so all the examples that i saw with posted with nwp files don't work for me as i can only import nwf.  Read through a number of posts but still confused as to the sequencing of steps as none of my workflows seem to be working properly. The problem is as follows: I have created a form with repeating sections. The details of the main item on the form are showing on the list and repeating section is being stored as a separate field i have created in xml format. I need to extract data from xml and auto populate a new list with this information. LIST 1: Project Name and Location and repeating section items that are Legal Entity and Country of Inc. LIST 2: I want to extract Booking Entity and Legal Name from the repeating section of the item and basically created new item for each instance of repeating booking entity and legal name combination The goal is to run a complete approval workflow on any new item c

People Picker doesn't work with Google Chrome but it works well with IE. I have multiple pickers (20+) in one form. It runs and works fine before then suddenly returns no results every time I type characters.

Using Nintex Forms, from a sub-site, when a person opens a link to a new form located in the top-level site, the source= url string is copied into a field using the formula: fn-GetQueryString(Source)This pastes the url string when the form is loaded as: http://SpServer.com/sites/Programs/1/Pages/default.aspx   (So depending on which sub-site, 1, 2, 3 etc is the sub-site).So what I now need is to display the corresponding Sub-Site Name in a field. I have tried common:Site Name but this displays the top-level Site Name, which is no good.I have another list that was used to create the sub-site using the Create Site Workflow and that has the corresponding Site Name, so I can use a lookup if I can get the 1, 2, 3 etc from the source string url.The URL path after the 1, will be dynamic, so it could be /1/Pages/Lessons.aspx, /3/Pages/Risks.aspx etc.Is there a way perhaps using Trim or Replace, that I can extract the sub-site 1, 2, 3 etc at runtime? Ask if anything is unclear.Thanks.

I have a list containing 'Name', 'ID' and 'Status' columns. In 'Status' column, I have three values "Pass","Fail","NA".Now my requirement is, I want the 'Name' of students in a drop-down whose 'ID' lies between 15 to 20 and 'Status' is not "NA". Any help will be much appreciated. 

Hi all,in our SP 2016 farm we have many Nintex workfows running. Unfortunately, many users ignore the message that a workflow has ended unexpectedly. My question is now, why is there a "error" status and why do you always have to end a workflow manually - terminate this workflow? Furthermore, is there a setting (maybe with PowerShell or in the CA) that a workflow terminates itself after it ends unexpectedly.I hope I get some answers because this is bothering me for quite a while now. BR, Alex

Hi all, Im in the middle of developing a Site Workflow thats supposed to send out emails with document links to users in the "Created By" collumn based on a date/time filter (End Date). I have some parts working already... The WF picks the correct items from my list and sends them out in a mail.
