Nintex Automation K2

I have some users reporting they cannot see "Save" (floppy disk icon)  button  on K2 5 designer - only "Finish" button is seen... we tried in IE and chrome...what would be the reson for the Save button not visible.  The category security is set to All inhertiace   for everyone.....

We have several forms that are used on mobile with no problems.i am creating a new one which has custom buttons .On the phone accessing the View looks correct any ideas on why this happens, and what we can do to make it look correct?Cheers

Hello All,I have a task in my workflow in which I use the Due Date functionality. But it does not seem to be working.I have tried getting the Due Date as a DateTime, Date as well as a plain text through an SMO call, but, it does not work. In additon, I have also tried directly entering a fixed date, which as well results in an error which is recorded as follows in Management:The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable DateTime.Parameter name: valueI have attached screenshots from workflow and management for this. Hi, Has anyone on the community been able to run the K2 Workspace app on an Android 9 mobile device? Our K2 site is configured for HTTPS Binding only. However the app insists on opening Task Forms and Application Forms as HTTP (not sure where it is getting the Runtime URL from, as it's correct in K2 Management). HTTP runtime url on our mobile devices is unacceptable. Android 9 by default blocks data transfer over HTTP. I'm aware that there may be alternative mobile apps on the market (i.e. Indocs Business Apps). Has anyone used any alternative apps and had better luck?  Thanks,Conrad   

I have a situation where I have a form for which teh name is different in every environment.Test: Form1QA: Form1_esqa_solProduction: Form1_ea_sol The application has a feature to generate a PDF by passing a URL as an argument. The rule pass teh URL as an argument like this:<smartformruntimeURL>/FORM/FORM1/?id=<id>as you can see the smartformruntime url is an environmental variable , <id> is dynamically passed, but teh forem name , which is in Test =" Form1"; but when I deploy this to QA , this name does not exists (as in QA the form name = "Form1_esQA_SOL")...does anyone has an idea how to dynamically determine teh form name ?  ThanksNag

Rule errors on the forms and views- are they stored in a table or do they generate dynamically when teh form or view opened?if they are dynamically generated,is there any utility that I can run to make sure no rules are broken after a deployment? any help is appreciated.

Hi,I haven't been able to find the answer [1,2] as to what "server rights" do service accounts need to have. I'm talking about IIS APPPOOL and K2 SERVICE ACCOUNT and the Admin, Impersonate and Export server rights.  What's the best practice in relation to service accounts rights within the K2 environment? do they need to have any server rights at all? Hi, I created an Advanced Smartobject from a SQL Stored Procedure by way of a SQL Server Service Instance, but i am unable to see the object using SQL management studio. i Can see it fine with K2 Designer and the tester tool. Any ideas how i make it visible in SQL Management Studio?I tried to edit the SMO in Designer and ticked Smartbox for all the fields, but get this error: "SmartObject is not extendible. Can not add a property." Any ideas?

I need to validate a decimal input. I'm wondering how I can use view validation to require and ensure the value is > 12. How do I do this? This seems like an basic, foundational capability, but I don't see how to do it. I can write a rule or expression, but that seems combersome for such a thing. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi, If using K2 Designer (no workflow), how do you send an email to all the users in a Smartobject?There is no Get users by group method or access to other smartobjects when using K2 Designer to send an email from a Form rule to all users within a SMO? Any ideas?

I posted a while back about the need to have some advanced reports for my client and we went down the route of creating an oData Connection to Excel. (see attached) In DEV it works no problemsIn our other two environments we will get errors about - We couldn't connect to the data source. Please check your logon information or the tables aren't visible to select. Each environment has their own files / own data sources and are set to authenticate with the user logged in.  No security - it's just a SmartObject populating a SQL Stored Procedure with data. We've had to rebuild this report when the user needs it but obviously this isn't a good route.  Any thoughts?  Suggestions? 

Is there a way to only refresh the current page?Otherwise updating the full list always jumps back to the first page again and the current selection is lost

Hi Everyone, When adding a row to list view or on the event list row added, no duplicate values should be entered. It should be validated in the "Add new row" button click. via database it is validated, without saving to database we have to validate with in the view itself. Please suggest me any solution ASAP. ThanksSurya

Hello, I would like to have text on a view 'BUSINESS CASE' be the same font/size/style as the title of the header that the form creates (Blue Void Theme - 'PROMOTION DETAILS').  Is this possible?  Thanks.
