problem: pasting numeric values in Excel sheet

Hi All,I have this problem:I need to grab some numeric values from a website and add them in an excel.(1) So I Let Kryon create a default excel sheet;(2) grab the values form the website by logic expressions add them in a variable, devided by | (column) and ;(Row);(3) let Kryon extract the numeric values and add them back in the variable with same conditions (to be sure).(4) past variable in excel and I get this (see screenshot) to correct this I could change the definitions of the column and set them to number (no decimals) manually. If i do this the long way and let Kryon create the sheet and set column to number(no decimals) first (record option) ; after the variable-past there is no difference... as I need the exact number in each field in this column to recognize the number and add info in the same row I create a temporary table, but that is no use because the numbers aren't visible .. How to record CTRL+click action ?

For a specific wizard, I need to select several fields from a list in an HTML UI.As a user, a would perform a CTRL + clik to select several items simultaneously.But when I record this action in Kryon, only the click is recorded. The wizard did not detect that I was pressing the CTRL key the whole time. Do you have any tip on how to perform a "multiple selection" action with Kryon ?

Im getting from a column (of dates) in an Excel file, a number with a dot - Decimal number

Hi everyoneI have an Excel file with 8 columnsin one of them there is a date (the format of the cells is date, I changed it to date after I tried once but it didnt helped), but for some reason Kryon is getting it as decimal number.in the first pic its the real dates in the excel fileand in the second the decimal numbers that Kryon gets instead Please help me I really don't know what to do

Kryon Studio has encountered an error and must be close at Create Wizard > Get Started

Hello to all, I am new at Kryon Studio. I installed Kryon Studio and all works well so far. But if I want to create a wizard and press the Get Started button an error message occures. As attachment the error message from the Windows event log. It is an untreated exception in the application kryon.studio.exe. I use Windows 10, Version 1909, Build 18363.1500. Thanks for tips and hints. Best regardsStefan

How can I browse folders from a given directory ?

For a wizard, I would like to get the list of folders in a given directory.For example, I have a work directory "TO DO" where I have a list of sub-folders with the pattern "Name_FirstName_Date".I would like my wizard to handle each of the subfolders matching the pattern, one by one.In short, I would like the same fonction as "Get Files" but for folders :-) Is there a reason why it (apparently) does not exist ?

OVERCOME CAPCHA on websites

This is the trick to overcome a captch with a puzzle piece.First investigate:there are only 4 puzzle piecesthere is a hight difference but the slider will drop the piece on the right place. So 'Append record' the missing piece and find the mouse location.Let the bot 'detect' the new missing piece location and get the mouse coordinatesthen let the slider with "drag and drop"slide it to those mouse coordinates.In Max 4x the bot wil overcome the Capcha. Check the movie I've added.

How can I compare Images (PNG) to images on a website

If I let a bot detect a image how can he compare this with saved images?If i drop a png in a variable it becomes a file..:(I have 40 images an the bot opens a website and detects a image saves it through a clipboard action in a Varable and needs to compare it with one of the 40 images and than act on it.

so a specific task kill

Hi everyoneIn a case of fallback I want the robot to do a task kill.But a specific oneFor example: if I have 2 windows of chrome 1. with one system (specific name) and the other window with a different nameand the crash happens only on one window but the task kill does the kill for both.can I do a specific task kill? for only one window and how??thanks for the help

Hello.Did I understand correctly that through the instruction in the file - Kryon RPA - Base Wizard Template (With DB Logging) v2.pdf I can, for example, in my test database (not kryon), create a table, create global groups, and in any wizard, add global groups and each step performed by the robot will be written to the table in my test database? This is how I understand it, something similar to debug trace, when you run a wizard from the studio and there you can see the txt file, only this is logging for the robot, when it starts, for example, in the mode unatended, only it will be in the table in the database

Getting a value by searching another value (dictionary) with macro

I have an Excel file with two columns (code, sum) and I want to find a specific value by searching the sum in that same row for example: I want to get the 'code' 8 by searching the sum 8000 by using an Excel macro function (or the query from excel)example of the excel file:

how do i add zeroes at the beginning of a string so the total length will be 10 digits

I got a client ID (a number), (Example: 123456)I got the length of it by using the command "Get Length".The length will always be less then 10 digits,But I want it to be equal to 10. (Example: 0000123456)how can I accomplish that? thanx in advance

Why does my robot stop running when it's supposed to continue as per normal?

I have an embedded wizard in a wizard (wizard 2). I have tried to link the embedded wizard to wizard 2 so once the steps for embedded wizard is over, it will go to wizard 2 and continue running. However, it didn't continue running on its own. It stops there. I was wondering where could i go wrong.Here is what i have done.I intend to go to step 4 from step 3(embedded wizard)What can be done to ensure the robot runs smoothly?

how to skip a row in a table loop

I have a table loop that run on rows (splited by ___)and in each row I split the data by ||| to fields.if in a specific field I dont have the right data I want to move on to the next row,so what I did is to put an IF and if its not the correct answer dont do anything. my Q is there anything better to do than that (like in C# loop break or continue)thank u

How do i extract information from a particular row right up until the row is empty.

how do i verify the format of a file in the folder using the if else method?

I would like to get the name of the excel file in the format ".xls" only. but so far it will return me the file in the format "xls" and "xlsx". I have tried using the if method but it returns me files in xls and xlsx which isn't the outcome i want. So far here is what I have done. I would like to use the if else command

Automation Sample: Facial Comparison using Microsoft Cognitive Services

Description:This wizard demonstrates the robot's ability to loop through folders containing 2 images and performing a comparison using Microsoft Cognitive Services. The Microsoft Cognitive Services have been developed into a .NET plugin that contains 2 functions. The first function is to process a single image and the result is an image ID. The second function is to compare the 2 image IDs and it returns 2 values, isIdentical and Confidence Level.
