Kryon Call API Advanced Command Error

Hi team, we have a problem, in a wizard with the Call API Activity, we call the Azure Function from Kryon (Studio - Robot) but the code error return "-1 General Error" but when in the same machine we call the same Azure Funtion, in Postman Application the result is success. What could we check? I share the logs from Kryon Robot and Kryon Studio.

Error send Http Request (Call API) from Kryon Robot 20.3.3.3

Hi team, we have a problem, we send Post HTTPRequest from Kryon Studio and the conten response is succesfull and when run the same HTTPRequest(Is the same wizard) from Kryon Robot the content response is empty. I see the Kryon Logs and return a exception. But i don't know how solution because from Kryon Studio the problem not exits.

How to configure email trigger in Kryon RPA.

I am not able to configure kryon rpa triggers in my console application.Its giving an error contains connection timeout 10000 reached.please find attached snapshot for details i have added in configuration.

Monitoring the work of wizards

get a data from excel

Hi Im using the function copy from excel to get some dataand for some reason when it give me the data - it deletes the last 2 chars.for example:I have the number: 1122334455667788and when I extract it from the excel it will show me only: 11223344556677as u can see the 88 is not exist...

How to add new Python libraries to your Kryon Studio

Steps for adding of new libraries: Step 1: Update the environment variable to reflect your Kryon Studio Python Folder   Step 2: Download and extract the python library installation files to any location. (For this example, I am using dnspython which was downloaded at https://pypi.org/project/dnspython/#files) Step 3: Launch a command prompt window and go to the location of the extracted python library installation files.  Step 4: Install the python library by running the following command: python setup.py install (Note: if using the tar.gz file, you may need to find another command to run the installation)  Step 5: Ensure that the library has been installed to the correct folder.  Step 6: Relaunch your Kryon Studio and create a wizard to test importing of the new library.  Step 7: Finally, check the results of your import.

Working with excel files

Data extraction wizard - OCR or digital PDF analysis for extracting data from PDF files?

Hi all, I am creating a data extraction wizard that can consolidate data from PDF, XML, webpage and paste the output into an Excel file. For analyzing the PDF pages, which command is better? The OCR command or digital PDF analysis? Some of the PDF files are digital and some are hand-written. Is it possible to use both? Thank you!

How do I remove an application from the application list in Kryon Studio?

I attempted to add a web application URL to the application list in Kryon Studio. Even after I reload, it says that I couldn't record it because it wasn't there. Then i tried to find a feature that lets me delete the web application URL, but I couldn't find it. My questions are: How do I remove an application from an application list in Kryon Studio. When I add a URL as a web application, what else do I need to do so that I can record it? Thank you!

How to restore a wizard from LWIZ file (Files in autosave folder)

Hi Since I'm working from home over a VPN, I have had a lot of issues every time the VPN goes down, like losing recent changes in wizards on Kryon Studio. I have set up the autosave option to every 5 minutes, and I have the file with extension .lwiz being created/updated every 5 minutes; however, I'm not able to use these files to restore anything on Kryon Studio. My questions are: - What is the purpose of those files (.lwiz)- If they are for back up, what is the procedure to restore a wizard using those files?
