Hello good day.Would anyone please know why Kryon misses an action recorded withthe Append Recording? I work on two machines, with the same1920 x 1080 resolution with text size at 125%, howeverthe robot only detects the click on a button recorded by the "Append Recording" function on only one of the machines, the other one is processingwith the message "Kryon is trying to find this page, and does not detect the button.

I have recorded a cmd.exe screen, and used the inbuilt function of input text. However, when it is being runned, no text is being entered into the cmd. The robot does not end the wizard but gets stucked at the cmd screen. Do let me know any inputs on how to solve this issue. Here is an example attached below:

Our organization would like to give our Help Desk Admin access in RPA Central to create users and assign bots, but they will not be creating or updating any Bot flows. Do Admin need to have Nintex Bot on their local computer to assign bots and create users?

 im trying to export excel file, and the upload takes time according to data and internet.i have an detected (Stoper clock) picture when the upload finish it changes to another picture.can i detected this changing to continue or wait for next step on wizard? please help me     

I am trying to develop a simple wizard where I run a program at the start, typing username and pw and clicking enter, then running a script. When I am on the robot machine and the trigger time has come , that task starts and ends successfully however when I am out of the machine (signed out of the machine), the trigger gets started but the robot seems like that he cant find the window where to insert uname and pw, he runs the program and stops .. I need help with this issue asap ..

Greetings Nintex users,I have problem with linking queues to my attended robot task queue, here is a picture of it:It is always empty, even when I run a task that contains "Add automation task to queue" from the attended robot.This section is always empty, does someone know how to make the attended bot recognise the queue?I made sure that this section is ticked:but the Robot Task Queue is always empty.Your help would be appreciated! 

How can Kryon count the repetition of words in a variable?With the find option:With Python im puzzled if I can use variablesThe problem is that the $splitword$ can be different that is depending of the text.If it finds 1, than the splitword is determent an it needs to find how many of the are in the text.For this demo its 'Non-skippable'If you do a test in the advanced command 'find' it finds them ..no problem if you run iti in the script it finds 410!!! no idea why? anyone a better idea?

Greetings,I have been working and researching on how to create a hybrid workflow. I was following this YouTube video to create a test sample: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MwwVEIMLTD4At min 7:10 in the video, there is an option called "Open Robot Task Queue" that appeared in the video that is not appearing on my end:This is the list of options that show up on my end:and I made sure that I have ticked the option "Add this task to the user's robot task queue viewer" in the "Add automation task to queue".  The workflows run normally without an issue, my only issue is that "Open Robot Task Queue" doesn't appear, and I am not finding it anywhere. If you know whether the option is removed, or still available but hidden, I'd appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!

If a script is running flawless in studio but automated it halted: its probable because of resolution difference or scripts that left commandline or browsers open and left. Or Excel blocked a excel sheet you use in your script.a trick is to adding a cleanup/part before starting you actial script and use QRES.exe (free to download) to match the screen resolution of the bot by default.   

Hi,DAC related to the "Files" section all have the option under file storage to select "Sharepoint Online" e.g.:The function, however, is unusable, whenever I try to fill in any field the later resets back to "Local file system". The documentation in Nintex Kryon RPA 21.4 User Guide is dated and I could not find any documentation regarding the above subject.Is this DAC functional, If so, can I kindly get an explanation of how it's supposed to work? If not is it possible to know why the option is available?Thank you.

Hi team, we have a problem, in a wizard with the Call API Activity, we call the Azure Function from Kryon (Studio - Robot) but the code error return "-1 General Error" but when in the same machine we call the same Azure Funtion, in Postman Application the result is success. What could we check? I share the logs from Kryon Robot and Kryon Studio.

Hi team, we have a problem, we send Post HTTPRequest from Kryon Studio and the conten response is succesfull and when run the same HTTPRequest(Is the same wizard) from Kryon Robot the content response is empty. I see the Kryon Logs and return a exception. But i don't know how solution because from Kryon Studio the problem not exits.
