Hello Team,I am currently encountering a difficulty while attempting to install Nintex Kryon RPA (Express) on my local machine. My intention is to conduct a Proof of Concept (PoC) on Kryon RPA and explore its features, and hence, I opted for the express installation on my local machine. Although I obtained the setup files from the Kryon downloads portal, I am unable to complete the Server installation due to an error message stating that the server can only be installed on Windows Server OS, whereas my current system runs on Windows 10 OS.Therefore, I seek your advice on whether there is a way to carry out the express installation on my current machine solely for demo and PoC purposes. If not, can you suggest alternative options to explore RPA capabilities? Is it possible to obtain a trial license for Nintex RPA's cloud instance? OS Requirement Kryon Server Installation  Kyron Studio Installation 

Hi! I tried to send a test email message via Kryon Studio but this error (Could not send test email. Please check host name and credentials) keeps popping up.In the yellow highlighted, that is my windows login saved in the credential vault. May I know if these credentials are referring to my windows login? Otherwise, which credentials should those be? Or what should be amended to the host name? I am logged onto Kryon registered under my colleague’s windows ID. Could that be an issue? Should my colleague create her credentials into vault instead, and then the test email could only be tested via her windows?Regards,Shin

The contents which I need to capture have variant rows property and it not be in HTML table form.At first I have idea to use ‘Read from screen’ comply with variables for Field offset, but i can’t find that optional.Then I move to use another solution as ‘Drag & Drop’ for copy text on screen into variable and put into logical process. I facing a problem while debug, the cursor mouse has properly movement to target as setting but sometime no any highlight appearance on trace as below photos. Debug mode : DragDebug mode : DropThen I tried to optimizing variant of delay time both Before Drag and Before Drop resulting better but can’t eliminate to zero. (setting condition from 0 until to max 2,000 ms)Do you have any suggestion or advise on this problem or another solution to capture content on flexible rows population ?

Hi,Is there any way to update the email id we use when logging into Nintex(Community or Certification) site?  I used my company email id  to create my account, but I  am not associated with that company anymore. Hence I am not receiving any notification. I have used ‘Detect object’ position for finding target object,First setting from ‘Record’ function by click on object, after that i tried debug that work well. called this step as ‘Ref’. After developing to other phase and come back to debug ‘Ref’. i found robot searching slip out of target area. (miss focus area from first setting.Both condition, used same window size and application size (means all condition was same)So how to set focus point for search option with ‘Detect object’ ?Remark: i tried to used ‘Fixed position’ and ‘Relative position’ but not interested nether than ‘Detect object’.

I can’t disable process step by ‘Do not play’ that studio was show pop up as here.How to solve it ?

Hello, We’re trying to use the “Run Script” action to run a powershell script. Powershell uses $ symbols to signify a powershell variable.  We’re noticing that scripts don’t run correctly anytime there’s more than 1 $ in the script.  My assumption is that when the script runs, it’s trying to evaluate everything between $ symbols as an RPA variable. If this is the case, how can we escape a $ symbol so that Nintex RPA doesn’t try to interpret it as an RPA variable?I’m assuming this is an issue where ever variables can be used. As an example, using this “Set value” action: Results in this output: Any advice would be appreciated. 

As i found option in Window tab about ‘Wait for web page to download’By the way i selected ‘Always’ from my understanding that robot still waiting until webpage download completely on that url.But in result, robot did not wait as my mind. It still forwarding action during webpage downloading.So how can set some or other option to make sure robot still waiting until url loading completely ?

As topic title, how to get mouse position X,Y without core action Click ?

Is there any way to change the email you use when logging into Nintex?  I used my company email to create my account but I am working on certification and am concerned that if I leave my current company that I will not be able to access any certifications I earn or need to update.  Thanks.

Hello everyone,My process flow need to collect ‘text value’ by drag with copy functional per row but i can’t find solution to make array variable for text value.Do you have idea or solution to make that it happen ?

My coding is working on an application web-base type as attached photo, the data set shown like table but it coding not base on HTML code. I tried to use command ‘Extract UI table text’, but resulting capture whole UI screen (Internet explorer).Do we have another way to capture text like these one ?  

I’m building out actions on bots to automatically update a smartsheet.  I have a few questions on how to make this more automated. requires user to sign-on - I created a message interaction to prompt the user to sign-in.   How do others handle this?  Should I add credentials and have the users that run the bots store their own personal data and then have logic to get network username to match to know which credential to enter? finding the correct folder on smartsheet - I’m having issues getting the bot to find and select the correct folder so I’m having another message interaction to have the user select the folder. Once it’s on the correct sheet i have the bot adding a new first row then editing to add the details needed for the time savings, then clicking save and exiting.  

I have created credential vault but how can i use it for website login page ? sorry for my question but i’m newbie here.

Does the Nintex RPA has workqueue, similar to the work queue functionality available in other RPA tools like Blue Prism and Uipath, etc? If not what is the recommended approach in nintex RPA to automate large volume transactional data shared across multiple process to process it? Thanks Sankarlal

Hi there, as part of my training journey in RPA I was required to do the trainings for Kryon, but I can’t find any community version of Kryon to follow along the trainings. Is there any trial version of Kryon studio without the need to setup a server?

I have a Botflow configured with a number of input variables. The flow runs when called, but the values do not seem to be passed through from my workflow to the RPA botflow. Instead the botflow is using the values configured inside of the botflow.Any idea where to look or how to fix this?

New here. I’m trying to select a menu item from a drop down menu.  The menu will automatically open when you hover over the menu title. Then I move mouse down to the desired menu item.  I tried mouse recording. I’ve tried to do a mouse hover and that will open the menu list, but doesn’t select the item. I added a click on the item, but when the process runs, the hover happens, then the drop down disappears, and the item selection (click) doesn’t happen.Any ideas?

Good afternoonI'm trying to make a robot to click in a print button on a website, and I did it using Kryon recording. However, when I click on another report, Kryon no longer finds the print button, what should I do to fix this? I made the robot click using the Get Current Mouse Position and Mouse Click At commands
