I have a Botflow configured with a number of input variables. The flow runs when called, but the values do not seem to be passed through from my workflow to the RPA botflow. Instead the botflow is using the values configured inside of the botflow.Any idea where to look or how to fix this?

To run a macro from the Studio or the Robot the following points should be considered and configured: If the VBA code is embedded inside the excel sheet then the exact Module name and Procedure name should be mentioned inside "Run Macro' AC. Don't forget to save the excel file with .xlsm extension or change its extension from .xlsx to .xlsm. The Wizard should contain AC "Set user interaction" as Ignore, because the code that macro is executing will be considered as an external user actions for the Studio or Robot and it will pause the wizard.Attached you will find a sample macro enabled excel file and the wizard. Adjust the new excel file in the wizard and run to test it.
New here. I’m trying to select a menu item from a drop down menu. The menu will automatically open when you hover over the menu title. Then I move mouse down to the desired menu item. I tried mouse recording. I’ve tried to do a mouse hover and that will open the menu list, but doesn’t select the item. I added a click on the item, but when the process runs, the hover happens, then the drop down disappears, and the item selection (click) doesn’t happen.Any ideas?

Hi, Often here on the forum someone asks how to send a notification based on a list/library grouping items instead of sending one email for each item, e.g. in a task list I want a single notification for each assignee with the list of all the tasks that are assigned to that specific people.. This is my solution, hope it can help someone! First action will be a Query List Action where I can set all the optional filter, if I don't want to get all items in my source and, most important, I sort items by the field I want to group by.Then I save all the fields I want to include in my notification in collection variable, also the field I want to group by should be stored in a collection variable.Then I start looping on the groupBy collection variable and then I get all the related information from the other collection using the same index:If the index is not equal to 0 and the previous value of my grouping condition is not equal to the current one, I'll send a notification with the previous b
I recently had a client who needed a workflow that could handle voting in a way that was a bit challenging to get working. I'm sure there a multiple ways to handle this, and I tried many unsuccessfully. I wanted to share an approach that I was able to apply successfully in case anyone else has a similar scenario. At a very high level, they need to gather votes and count the different responses, but the number of people who would actually respond might vary. The business requirements were as follows: Allow for email reply (LazyApproval) Send reminders Auto-close the task(s) after a specified time Allow everyone to vote Tally the votes, including the number of "no response", and save back to the item I'll go through the requirements individual and describe what I used to address them first. Hello good day.Would anyone please know why Kryon misses an action recorded withthe Append Recording? I work on two machines, with the same1920 x 1080 resolution with text size at 125%, howeverthe robot only detects the click on a button recorded by the "Append Recording" function on only one of the machines, the other one is processingwith the message "Kryon is trying to find this page, and does not detect the button.

I have recorded a cmd.exe screen, and used the inbuilt function of input text. However, when it is being runned, no text is being entered into the cmd. The robot does not end the wizard but gets stucked at the cmd screen. Do let me know any inputs on how to solve this issue. Here is an example attached below:
Hi there!I want to use Viber as we are using the other desktop applications, like record it and use some UI tools and etc. For that studio told me to define Viber as an application. I did, but still Kryon studio didn't let me use it saying that Viber is not defined in the application list.I am guessing that I need to remove viber from urls and add it as a process.I'd be glad if you could help me to solve this issue.Thanks for your time and consideration,Best Regards.

I was presented this issue the other day from a prospective customer, and I thought "yeah I can do that" The idea was that in Nintex Forms the customer wanted to display the workflow audit history. The workflow needs to remind the document owner when the document review date is three months away (giving them time to review and update the document).To run through this blog post, ensure you have a document library in your site called "Procedure".
