Get email messages - Retry until one message is found. The function is not working.

My automation process starts from a dashboard. The robot clicks a button to send an email from the dashboard. Then, the robot gets that email. But the robot cannot get the email, for some reason. I think it's because the robot searches for the email so fast before the email can even be received by the inbox. I added the function to retry until one message is found, but it won't work. I also tried adding pauses but also doesn't work. Help appreciated.

Sample Wizard for MS Azure Form Recognizer Service

Hi! This post contains the sample wizard accompanying the KB article on integrating Kryon with MS Azure Cognitive Services: Form Recognizer. Following the guide in the KB is a prerequisite as you'll need to set up Azure resources first. To configure edit the wizard called "Form Recognizer (Public no API Key)" and add your API Key and Endpoint in Step 1. Issues when running powershell commands - follow these instructions

When you get messages like this when running a powershell advanced command (run script - select language "Powershell): C:UsersMarlonGobitzAppDataLocalTempaoe3s34t.ps1 : File C:UsersMarlonGobitzAppDataLocalTempaoe3s34t.ps1 cannot be loaded because running scripts is disabled on this system.  Please run this on your PC to enable powershell commands: Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

See below for details on how to install the Kryon Plugin (HTML connector) for Firefox:You can install the Kryon add-on from the folder - C:Program FilesKryon StudioFireFox(For advanced users) install the add-on (xpi file) using the gear icon  in the upper-right area of the Add-on Manager Extensions panel. Select Install Add-on from file... from the menu, then find and navigate to the location of the file, click/double-click on the . xpi file to install.

Use Chrome incognito login to login to intranet....or sharepoint

If your company connects your network mappings to you Microsoft office 365 login.It's not possible to let all your robots run the same script if there are individual rights to folders on server. So the login wil be override by the local station SSO login rights. a workaround for Microsoft mappings or Intranets or sharepoint is to access these sites by a incognito login with Chrome.. the command line paramaters are: -incognito --new-window --disable-session-crashed-bubble --start-maximized https://website address

Quick Tip: Selecting & deselecting all content/information in a window

Sometimes, when creating wizards in Kryon RPA, the easiest (i.e. the "quickest" or most "straight forward") way to get at data on the screen is to use the "CTRL+A" keyboard shortcut.For example, when in Internet Explorer or Chrome: You can use "CTRL+A" to select the entire screen data and then use "CTRL+C" to copy this data to the clipboard. Using the clipboard Advanced Commands in Kryon Studio, you can then access and make use of this data.However, the data remains selected on the screen, which may cause issues. What to do? Instead of using a mouse-click, forcing a refresh or something along those lines you can try the keyboard shortcut "CTRL+Shift+Home". This works to effectively "deselect all" (as opposed to "CTRL+A") in many applications.

I have a webpage with pages inside like thathow do i know that I got to the last page?P.Sthe color of the arrow will turn yellow when you hover over it, and will turn grey when they are at the end, so how do I use this knowledge?thank you all in advance!!

How do i send an email from excel row by row?

 I want to send an email by extracting information from excel. The information will be displayed in email row by row. How can i do so? Information for column will be delimited by enter. What advanced commands can i use to extract this information. I have tried using the split command. This is what I intend to send at the email format Example:Name: johnage: 21email: john@gmail.com   what i got instead: Name: john sarahage: 21 22email: john@gmail.com sarah@gmail.com How do i fix this?

Working with "keyboard shortcut" on Bosanova and some mainframe programs

On some systems, such as Bosanova (MF like system), the system works in a way that whenever the focus gets to a field, the input language of the station automatically changing to the one the field is expecting.While working with Kryon input commands such "Keyboard shortcut", to ensure the input goes to the right place, the Robot automatically "refocus" the window and the field, which can lead to a behavior that looks as Kryon affecting the station language, while in reality, it is a side effect of the target system behavior. I hope you find that information useful ?

What do you think about defining 2FA for Unattended Robots?

2FA (2 Factor Authentication, or MFA, Multi Factor Authentication) is a method that was created in the world to authenticate humans. Unattended robots should not be using 2FA to log into the Kryon platform, since they are by definition unattended and there is no human present to provide the code. For attended automation, it is a different story. RPA Infra - KEYTAB creation command provided by installer does not reset KVNO

  Actual result:KEYTAB creation command provided by installer does not reset KVNO. Expected result:KEYTAB creation command provided by installer supposed to reset KVNO. Background:In most cases, our customers use the same service user for upgrades, which causes version number mismatch between LDAP attribute and the value in KEYTAB file.There is a parameter -kvno 0 in ktpass command which supposes to reset the version number.Currently, the command provided by the installer does not contain this parameter. Steps to reproduce:Run RPA server installation. Use service user which previously has a KEYTAB file. Generate a new KEYTAB file using the command provided by the installer. Complete installation. Try to connect the client from a different computer. See SSO fails. Optionally, validate the KEYTAB file with kinit command.

Configuration change for Spike in Memory Utilization in Studio/Robot for 20.3 and log size growth

This is a MANDATORY step for every 20.3.x customer. The steps I had done to stop the spike in memory from the Studio and Robot running on 20.3. After installing Studio and Robot clients, please ensure that the following json files are updated to have logs sent to Seq instead of being stored locally on the client. 1.      C:Program FilesKryon StudioConfigserilog.json2.      C:Program FilesKryon StudioLogBeatserilog.json3.      C:Program FilesKryon StudioVideoRecorderConfig4.      C:Program FilesKryon Robot\Configserilog.json5.      C:Program FilesKryon Robot\LogBeatserilog.json6.      C:Program FilesKryon Robot\WatchdogConfigurationserilog.json What to update?Update LevelSwitches to “Error” instead of “Information” or “Verbose”. By doing so, we are limiting only Errors to be sent to Seq and not record the other logs.This significantly reduce the amount transmitted and reduce the consumption of memory on the client machine.Update serverURL to the Seq server URL.
