If I Have pages in a webpage. how do I know when it got to the end?

I have a webpage with pages inside like that

how do i know that I got to the last page?

P.S

the color of the arrow will turn yellow when you hover over it, and will turn grey when they are at the end, so how do I use this knowledge?
