I built a workflow that uses the assign a task action with the escalation, however I need the task to be able to escalate if not completed to a different set of individuals. So, I created a SharePoint list and scheduled another workflow that will assign a new task out to the other individuals if the original task does not show competed on the SharePoint list. I would like to set it up so if that when this task is completed then the workflow will complete the original task. I have a unique identifier built into the task name (see attached) but when i use the get a task action trying to find the task name I get a error. See attached. If you have any ideas on how i could get this to work i would really appreciate it.
All our maps in the process manager have a logo (which is good) and a Department Tag (Finance - which is NOT good) at the top left corner. We were told that since the Finance Department made the license purchase, it’s hard-coded and can’t be removed. That was a long time ago. Hopefully, this has been resolved in a subsequent update so that we can remove the Finance Dept tag that appears on all our maps. This seems like it would have an easy fix. Can anyone help?

We have a large Nintex form attached to a SharePoint 2019 list that multiple users need to go in and make edits - but when two people are in the form at the same time someone’s changes will not be saved. Is there a way to lock it down so only one person can have the form open at a time to avoid these mishaps?
Hi Team,In one of my cases, the customer has informed us that, due to Microsoft deprecating NTLM and their requirement to migrate to Kerberos, they need to update the F5 router name from xxxTitle to xxxK2Title.To ensure that in-flight processes remain accessible after the F5 router name change, the customer would like to know which K2 system database tables may need to be updated to reflect the new router name (i.e., updating references from xxx_____ to xxxK2___). Specifically, they are looking to update URLs from the old format https://_______/___.TravelExpense.wap/ to the new format https://___k2___/___.TravelExpense.wap/.The new URL https://___k2____/___.TravelExpense.wap/ points to the .NET web application that interfaces with the K2 server K2P01. The customer has noted that some of the K2 system database tables contain references to the old F5 router name used in front of the Web App.So far, the customer has identified the following two tables that contain such URL references: [Se

Hi all, I’m having an issue with a Regex action in a workflow that I have upgraded from Nintex for SP to NAC. The workflow looks up a user’s office and stores it in a variable, then a Regex action replaces the text with a regional code for finance purposes. However, the result (varOfficeCode) is just coming out as the original input text. Am I missing something? Thanks!
When submitting a task form, I can’t enter details because of an error: session expired. Save and refresh the form designer.Screenshot attached.
