Is there a way to easily generate a JSON output from the form submitted? I am new in that specific space and would love an action or something that could easily summarise the form and captured information and generate a usable JSON. I need something that does that and appends the JSON file to something like an email action. I also want to try and avoid having to use SPO etc to store the file and then retrieve the file. SmartIQ and other such forms and workflow engines can do that natively, however Nintex does not appear to have something that I would consider a core easy win.Thanks.
I have an enquiry regarding the email issued from Nintex from a given tenant / organisation. Is it possible to (from a given form and workflow) reply to an email sent from Nintex in response to content received in order to start a new workflow process?I.e. A user fills in a form asking to have something sent to them (reports etc).Assigned task sends this request to a nominated user (or group). They can read the saved information and reply back with a text field. This text field is captured and as an action post the assigned task, send email with the ‘REPLY’ embedded. The Workflow ends.THEN the original user receives the response and then decides, no i wanted something else OR files a complaint or something. Can that user ‘reply’ to the email received (permitted a Reply TO) was added to that email which could then interact with Nintex Automation Cloud?

If so, could you guide us through the necessary steps?Thank you.

Chrome is deprecating client-side support for XSLT, which K2 uses in design time and runtime experiences. Fix packs will be released for all supported K2 versions so that K2 will continue to function after the XSLT deprecation on November 17, 2026.There are several workarounds to extend this, based on Chrome’s features, which you can utilize if you cannot upgrade to a supported version with the necessary fix pack.Short Term: Enterprise Policy ControlsUsing standard administrative Chrome Enterprise controls, you can continue XSLT execution by setting the specific enterprise policy dedicated to XSLT preservation inside your Google Admin Console or Group Policy. Search for “XSLT” in chrome://flags/ Google also offers an official XSLT Polyfill Extension. Administrators can force-install this extension via the Chrome Apps and Extension Management policy to preserve functionality. You can also freeze browser versions at the last compatible version via Group Policy. Long Term: Upgrade to a K2

Hello, I need to obtain all the field values from a task form and send it to an API.. Few times in the workflow.I was wondering if I could get an usable JSON form of the Task form?At least if I could move all of the controls inside a Repeater, will I be able to get useful JSON - the same way we used to get XML when using "Nintex for SharePoint" repeaters? Sample formand the cryptic output I get. The JSON variables have some random text appended. Thanks in advance.

Hello,I am using [mArchive] stored procedure to archive K2 Five database. Just want to know what kind of locks used in the stored procedure. Is it table level or row level? Can we run this stored procedure during business hours so that users can continue their work without any issues? What will be the impact on daily work in case tables/rows locked? Is there any measure how many rows can be archived in one go so that there should not be any impact on users? How much time generally it takes to complete execution, first time and there after? Thanks
Hi Folks! I am not sure I am describing this properly but since the of May update, when you approve a task, the task panel does not close automatically when you click off of it. You have to close it manually which reduces the efficiency a little bit. Has this been addressed? Has anyone else noticed this change?
Hi there Nintex Community,I have a trial tenant for Nintex Workflow Cloud.and used the Nintex Gallery JS-Insert installation steps to register the plugin in my Nintex Automation Cloud tenant using plugin hosted athttps://ashleypresalesfunctions.blob.core.windows.net/nac-plugins/js-insert.jsI was then able to drag the JS-Insert control onto my Nintex form start event form, however when I select the JS-Insert control I only see a single line element to enter the in the JS to Execute field as below:These posts indicate multiple lines of JS are possible.JS-Insert Functions to Execute | CommunityExamples of JS-Insert usage | CommunityIs this a limitation of the hosted plugin I am using at “https://ashleypresalesfunctions...”?I also downloaded the template js-insert.zip file and tried to “Add plugin” and select the downloded js-insert.js file, but that generated an error “Failed to load the plugin definition”Does anyone know if this js-insert plugin supports multiple line JavaScript?
I have an external data variable that I’m using to populate a repeating section. In order for this to work properly, I need to name the repeating section form controls using the unique identifier names of the related external data variable columns. An example: External data variable column name “Lead (Email)” is unique identifier “Lead_Email”.External data variables don’t automatically display their columns’ unique identifiers, so I find myself guessing at the unique identifier names. Is there a way to view/display an external variable’s column’s unique identifier?
