Hi Team,I am working on migrating one of our application to use the Nintex K2 Automation and sunset the K2 blackpearl. SourceCode.Workflow.Management.WorkflowManagementServer managementServer = (WorkflowManagementServer)getK2ConnectionObject(K2ConnectionType.WorkflowManagementServer, null); if (managementServer.RedirectWorklistItem(formattedFromUserNTLogin, formattedToUserNTLogin, wi.ProcInstID, wi.ActInstDestID, wi.ID)) { itemsRedirected++; }I want to use the SmartObject API to redirect Work List Item instead of the dlls. How i can achieve that any help would be appreciated.
We recently adopted Nintex and have been developing some workflows. For various reasons, we aren’t yet ready to federate our active directory to Nintex. However, I want to start adding some users so we can do testing and then move the flows into production.Adding 40-50 users one at a time seems like a lot of work and I would like to be able to upload a csv file with their data instead. I thought I saw how to do that somewhere but cannot find it now. Was I just dreaming or is this possible?Thank-you!Chris

Subject: Need Help Creating My First Nintex Workflow (Form Submission and Email Notifications)Hello Everyone,I am new to Nintex Automation Cloud and am currently trying to build my first workflow. I have made some progress, but I am struggling to complete the workflow successfully and would appreciate any guidance, tutorials, or resources that could help. What I have completed so far:Created my Nintex Form. Ideally, send a confirmation email back to the user after successful submission.I am having difficulty understanding how to pass form data into the workflow and access SharePoint column values within the workflow. I want to retrieve a SharePoint online multi choice field into a Nintex NAC task form and for it to be editable. I’ve created the multi choice control on the form and written it to the SharePoint online multi choice field. Then I want to retrieve it into another task form to be edited. I’ve tried the workflow Regular Expression using split on ;#The last item is not returned. e.g. Item1;#Item2;#Item3Item 3 does not populate into the choice control on the form. Any idea why?
Suddenly I am getting this error when I try to publish a workflow that I have been working on for some time. The workflow was publishing with no errors until recently. I had not made any changes to the flow. I was trying to run a test and received this error. Went in and disabled any actions that were writing to sharepoint, tried to publish and this is the error I am getting: You do not have permissions for tables used in this workflow or tables used in this workflow have been deleted. Contact your administrator. Correlation ID: 95726192-cfc3-4c84-820c-9cfc4793a1d9 I’ve opened a ticket with support, but am really not getting anywhere. They keep asking for “HAR Logs” and sharepoint templates, however I don’t think this is a sharepoint issue. Can anyone help? Have you seen this error before?
Hi all, I'm trying to build a form and the repeating section isn't letting me add any controls. What am I doing wrong? I’ve tried to drag every field to see if it was just an issue with these particular fields, no luck. Then I tried to add them manually from the list of fields on the left and still no luck.
Hi everyone,Do you guys know how to resolve this problem? I want to configure smartAction. However, there is a blocking error when I open setup Manager.
We’re still in the process of migrating from Nintex RPA LE to Nintex RPA, and one of the features we’re severely missing is how easy RPA LE handled the import of data. With RPA LE, you could have it import a data file (like a CSV), and it would automatically populate a “Data” section with all of the available headers in the file. You could then loop through that data, and easily reference a property from the current iteration. With Nintex RPA, this process seems MUCH more cumbersome. It seems like you need to import the file as text into a variable, then iterate through that variable with a specified row delimiter. To pull out a specific property of the current row, you need to get that index of the needed column using a column delimiter, and hope the layout of the file doesn’t change. I know that I could set it up at the beginning of the loop to pull out each index of the row into a named property - it’s just a lot of work that we didn’t have to do with the legacy product. So, for
I’m unable to deploy my Skuid pages via the Aura component. I would like to create a case but there’s nowhere to do that since all Contact Support links are broken. This is a paid app and I would expect that support would be better than this.
Hi team,I am wondering if there is a way to disable/hide the ‘download’ function on the File Viewer with a variable / rule or css?Currently I have found using the Nintex Data Table as the best option so far (cleaner and easier) to save/store files and then retrieve and show them on a Review Assign Task form, compared to using SharePoint Online, creating variables and such to get images back - separate issue I am facing is I cannot get documents or multiple page items rendering for view on a ‘Assign Task’ form. On the file viewer, I have business units that have explicitly advised that they will not allow a build that has ‘download’ doc/image available. Hence why some of my builds are leveraging SPO however that introduce additional issues to try and mitigate - multiple entries/workflow submissions, times and naming conventions.
I need to order a new T&E expense credit card and unsure where to do this/ Thank you,Warren
Hello Nintex Process Manager users! The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is quickly becoming the standard for connecting AI assistants and agents to enterprise systems. With Process Manager MCP, you can securely expose your organisation's process knowledge to MCP-compatible AI platforms, allowing users to find and interact with process information directly from the tools they already use.Whether you're building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, or another MCP-compatible platform, Process Manager MCP provides a standardised way to connect AI experiences to your process repository. The result is more accurate answers, reduced time spent searching for information, and easier access to organisational knowledge when and where employees need it.Think of MCP as a standard connector between your process repository and AI assistants. Instead of employees searching through process portals and documentation, MCP allows AI agents to retrieve relevant process information and present it in t
Hi, I’m wondering why document upload or change approval requires all 3 promasters to approve, even though we set the document approvers regime to ‘First only required to approve’. I uploaded and changed the file, and I am a promaster. Hope you can help.
We’re migrating from Nintex Foxtrot to Kryon (Nintex RPA). We have some initial (fairly complex!) Nintex RPA wizards running. It would be EXTREMELY useful to “benchmark performance” - to locate “bottlenecks” so we can improve “performance”.Q1: Any suggestions for how best to profile an RPA wizard’s runtime performance?Q2: Are there any built-in tools? Script examples?Thank you in advance!
