Code Fix: Conditional formatting displays incorrect colours in list views after upgrade

Issue Description

When you upgrade the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment, conditional formatting in a List View may not display the expected colouurs. For example, the first row and rows on subsequent pages may display incorrect colours or no colour at all. The “In Progress” status may appear in yellow or remain uncoloured, while the “Pending” status may not display any colour.

Resolution

The fix is available in:

• Nintex Automation K2 (5.9.1) Fix Pack 05.

1. Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
2. Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
3. Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
4. It is recommended to clear browser cache and refresh the page.
