By default, each combination of OS_user+machine will require an additional unattended license. However, it is possible to optimize license usage for a specific use case.  1) Single OS user that logs into multiple machines. A simple configuration you can add to the client’s appSettings.config file and it will always send a specific machine name to the console. Dear all,did anybody attempted to install the PD Server on GCP and the discovery robots on AWS ? Are there any possible issues that you had to deal with during the set up? I read the documentation about setting up the discovery bots on AWS workstations, however I couldn't find a use case of setting the PD Server on GCP and the discovery bots which run on AWS report to that server. I am thinking that the set up process should be the same since the server still has an IP, Port ,etc . However I have some concerns about having a different cloud provider for bots and PD Server. Thank you for your time.

TIP: You can easily restrict access to certain (sub-) areas/sites in PD by making some configuration changes (nginx). This is handy in case of security/access concerns, etc.: In the file “kryon-console-locations.import” you need to add the “allow...deny” directive to each location you wish to limit/block. In case you are not able to connect Client (Robot or Studio) to the server and receiving the error "The remote server returned an error (504) Getaway Timeout", the below configuration can resolve his problem:Increasing of proxy_read_timeout value from 10s to 60s in file kryon-discovery-locations.import (IDPAerobaseData ginxconf.d folder) solved the issue.

Hi all, Last Friday, Issta (Israeli Tourism company) decided to duplicate one of their machines and on-board a new unattended robot. During on-boarding, the robot became Ghost and stuck on "Starting Robotic Mode." Reinstalling the robot didn't help.The team handled this issue didn't want to restart the servers, since they were in production, so they tried looking into other things that might cause the problem. The next option they thought about was to disable credentials vault, but they didn't want to do that either since it would affect another robot that is already running as well. Before deleting the robot again, they checked the OS credentials and found that there are two identical credentials defined, but on two different domains (Issta and Issta A).  The resolution was to delete the two settings and then set up only one of them.  Thanks, @Salo Ben-Avi​,

PD TLS Installation Notes 1. The certificates were not in the right format (PEM) and the server key file was missing To ensure a certificate is in the right format, you need to open the file with notepad and look for "-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----" or "-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----". The server certificate should contain only one section, the CA certificate may contain more. To overcome these issues, we: a. Downloaded OpenSSL from https://sourceforge.net/projects/openssl/ and unzipped itb. Hello everyone, i just upgraded from 5.25 to 19.5.2 and everything was working, all the services were running.Right now i noticed that my authentication service is paused and everytime i try to restart it, it gives me an error and goes to paused again.The erro has no info on it, just says that something wnent wrong. Any ideias on what might be?
