Nintex Workflow

Hi, I am trying to find a way to display all the information from repeating section in an email with a table? Or at least in plain text. I tried to search in the community but it seems I can only achieve this by Sharepoint items, is there any way to I could do it without Sharepoint? Thanks.

Has anybody managed to successfully had their parallel paths wait for all branches to be complete before moving on? How does one configure the Completion Condition. 

In the start form, a user captures data in a repeatable section. How do I display this in a subsequent task review/approval form.

HiIs it possible to see tasks assigned to other assignees in the setting? It says it can be set up in My Nintex but I think it only applies to the tasks that I am assigned. https://help.nintex.com/en-us/nwc/Content/MyNintex/Permissions.htm How can i have all participants in a workflow to see the status of all tasks in an instance?

My workflow is all of a sudden creating duplicate instances. Any reason this would occur?

Hi, I am new to Nintex and I am trying to set up a worfklow starting with a Run if step (my settings are in German) but no conditions are offered, ie. the pull down menu is empty and I can't click anywhere. I have watched several tutorials, but I don't seem to be offered the standard options were I can configure the "run if" condition. I feel like I may have missed a simple step, but can'f find where. Do I need to first create a list of conditions somehwere on Sharepoint to be able to load them in the workflow? Thanks in advance. Best regards,Raphael

Where do I find documentation for Nintex Workflow web service?The webservice can be found under http://myservername/MyNintexSite/_vti_bin/nintexworkflow/workflow.asmx, but the methods require parameters and I cannot find description, what those parameters are.

I am using NINTEX FORMS, no previous experience, and I want to set the value of a tag's text based on the value of a key I send through the query string.What I am trying to accomplish is something like this:If(fn-GetQueryString(TipoSolicitud) = "X", "Text1", "Text2")But this doesn't work at all. Users receive this error when attempting to attach file to a Nintex form.  How can this be corrected?  Thanks

I am designing a small workflow that focuses on when and item field with multiple values allowed to be replicated to a different list in a different site with identical list structure.Take for an example a task list, where you can have and assign multiple people assigned to a task. I want that value set to be replicated and copied across to a list when items have been modified.Thanks,

I have a workflow where various people must submit approvals in parallel. However, if any one user does not approve, the workflow terminates. This works as expected, except there are orphaned tasks that were started. How do I get those to terminate as well? I have already set an end condition for the parallel path and trigger it when a person denies it, but the orphaned tasks remain active.

Is it possible with NWC to move a SharePoint doc library folder and contents (all sub folders & files) to another doc library?    I just want to pick up a folder and all of its contents and move it a different doc library. 

We have set up a Data Source that utilises the Microsoft Office Groups connector and are then trying to connect that Data Source to a Data Lookup form control in a Workflow Form. We appear to have made all those connections, but when we select that Data Lookup, we only get around 100 of the 2000 or so entries that are in the Group? Is this a limitation of the Data Lookup form control? Is it a limitation of the Microsoft Office Groups connector? Is it something we've done incorrectly in our Microsoft Office Group? Any pointers on how to get the full list to appear in the Form control would be much appreciated.

Hi,      Is there a reporting opting in Nintex Workflow cloud where I can create pie/bar chart of things like time taken by workflow, number of workflows in progress etc.? I have not been able to see any such tab. Please let me know if there is any option if I can create reports of above mentioned scenario. Thanks, Anurag

I've got a workflow that asks for signatures from various approvers. Depending on the initial form, some signatures are needed and some are not. When I get to the Document generation at the end, if I include all the signature image variables in the Document Generation task I get an error if any if the signatures are empty (because they were not necessary but can be left blank in the end document). What is a good workaround?

I believe there is no rich text editor currently available for creating tickets in zendesk and using the description with better text editing options.    If anyone knows how to create a variable with rich text editing as I am not able to find it.  Create a string function does not have a rich text editor and not sure if it will process it in zendesk well.    Thanks

I have a workflow in NWC which uses a start form.  I then have it save the data from the start form to a SharePoint list.  As the instance flows down, it should update the status of the instance record, however, it is updating every record/list item. For example I have 5 items in the list.  All are in different stages/status of the workflow, but the SharePoint list is showing that all 5 items are in the same status.  Each time a new instance is kicked off, all items in the list are in "In Process" in the Status column.  When a task within the workflow is completed, all items in the list are changed to "Complete" when in fact some are still "In Process". I have workflows where this is working correctly but I noticed that the Update a SharePoint Item has been changed.  I need to know how to configure the updated version of this.  In the old version, I was able to select the "Item" variable to let it know to only update the specific item, but in the newer ve

hi everyone,    just wanting to check, is there any way to embed an authenticated form onto a website - or is linking via the url the only option?  you get the embed code if its an unauthenticated form, but i am keen to try and embed the authenticated form on a similar page.  we have sp online available but am trying to keep the look and feel with the corporate branding the same.   as always, any feedback is appreciated

Wondering if anyone has called a cmd she'll script from a workflow.. Is it possible to use execute sql to send xp_cmdshell? We have standard but could make a case for enterprise.

I am fairly new to Nintex Workflow Cloud but experienced in on premises Nintex for SharePoint.  It appears that I have to give at least the Designer role to business users that I want to be able to terminate running workflows.  This seems similar to the security role required in SharePoint 2013, but I wanted to check to see if there is a way to allow someone designated as a Business User of a workflow to terminate them, if needed.

I have a formula the sometimes requires a negative value. For instance the sum in Agreement Value the original value, plus the previous value, and the negative "this" value needs to be $1,709,000 not -$141,000. How do I edit the formula to accommodate a negative value and provide the correct sum?This is in production so I need to ensure it will not affect any other active calculations. Using Nintex WF Cloud and a Nintex for SharePoint 365  Thanks!

Need a little help here with an O365 workflow build. We are using "Start a Task Process" in the hopes of setting up an approval that needs ALL THREE of the approves to OK the item before moving on to the next stage. Problem is the workflow is APPROVING regardless if someone rejected. I've played around with state machine a bit, but am still getting an approval regardless if one person rejects. I thought about setting up a query, but am not sure if there's an easier way to do it (and not 100% sure of how to set up the query). I'm learning Nintex for O365 as I go, so any help would be incredible!!!
