Nintex Workflow

Hi guys,We are using an internal API to call Nintex and assign tasks. We will be passing it several blocks of text and I would like to somehow format it correctly into the task emails. A basic element is creating a line break, but I cannot get it to work. The number of items in the list can change each time, some runs it wont have a list at all.Step 1. Create a string with line breaks.Step 2. Looks okay in the Instance details. Step 3. Email arrives and the formatting is gone, and it’s all one sentence.Is there any steps I am missing to achieve this? Thank you!

I submitted a comment on the NAC Form Plugins topic, but it’s a relatively long thread and my comment is kind of “buried” at the bottom, and I haven’t received any replies. So I thought I’d start a new topic.A couple of months ago I downloaded the JS-Insert plugin and it seems to have been successfully installed in my tenant, but it is not available on the form design palette. This is what I see:I’ve tried both hovering over and clicking the warning icon, but nothing happens. Any explanation for this icon and the unavailability of the plugin? 

Hello, How I can make a decision if the customer balance greater than the limit or order amount greater than the same limit choose escalate, based on the lsmaller amount and he can approve either one of them is fales but if the 2 is true he cant approve 

Apologies if this is covered somewhere else, but I was not able to find it. In NAC Tasks, I am trying to understand the difference between “Reminders After”, “Subsequent Reminders” and Escalation after (Calculate Date).(For purposes of this question, let’s say all reminders are in “Days”, and it will be based on the current date.)Is [Subsequent Reminders] the number of days after the initial reminder?  Or is [Subsequent Reminders] the number of days that the reminder will be sent out for? So, if I want the first reminder to go out in 3 days, and I want 4 subsequent reminders (every day), and I want it to be escalated “after’ the 5th reminderFor example:[Current Date] - January 1, 2024 Send out Reminders on 1/ 4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7 Escalate on 1/8For the above example, would this be my configuration: Reminders After - 3  Subsequent Reminders - 4 Escalated After (calculate date) - 5 - ([Current Date + 5 Days])Thanks!

I have a workflow in NWC.  There is a "Assign Task to Multiple Users" which uses a form.  Once that form is filled out by whoever first gets to it, I want to update a Sharepoint List with the new information.  I've done this in the past but what was used in the past and works, isn't the same as it is today and I can't figure out how to make it work.  Can someone please help.  Let me  know if you need more information.  Thank you in advance.

Hi,I am working on a PoC and need to automatically stage workflows. I am thinking of 2-3 NAC-Tenants (DEV, INT, PROD) where Azure Devops deploys the workflows between the environments.Fortunately, several API endpoints already exist (https://developer.nintex.com/docs/nwc-api-docs/595de848de0f1-activate-a-workflow) but I lack of a way to publish workflows and assign the intended usage (Test, Prod) automatically.Has anybody more experience in this field?Many thanks

How do I determine where data that is entered into a form task is submitted? I have a workflow that is set up as follows, with new list item event which has a connection to my SharePoint Online list, and the form for data entry follows:

Hello,in the Nintex onPrem version it was possible to define a start event condition only for an update event.So that the workflow starts everytime a new element is created, but only on a condition, when an element is updated.It seems to me, according to the documentation, that this differentiation is not possible with NAC.Is there any way to make this differentiation with NAC, or is this a missing feature?Best regards,Niklas

Hello, is there any recomindations on how to put works picture on the form, I’ve tried ondrive and sometimes work and sometimes not worked,before I was using google drive but now it’s not work.

Am I overlooking something on making copies of folders? Is this possible? I used the closest action I knew of that may work and received this error: If not possible with OOB actions, can someone please advise on how to configure a call a web service action to make this happen?

In NAC, I know that I can run a submission rule to validate/invalidate a date field's value.  But how can I do date validation prior to submission?  Ideally right after a value is entered into the field.

Hello,the condition builder seems to display most fields as an option to define when the workflow should start.But one managed metadata field is not being displayed as an option for the condition builder.Interestingly a different managed metadata field is being displayed as an option.How does the Start Event Confition Builder differentiate which fields to display as an option?How can I make the missing field appear as an option?Thank you in advance!Best regards Niklas

I am using NAC on SharePoint O365 lists.  A SharePoint group called “Visitors” has permissions to all of my lists.  I need to remove the “Visitors” group from the item, but do not want to remove any other group or people permissions.  I see I can remove all permissions, but I only want to remove 1 group.   I can’t remove all permissions and then add some back in because this workflow is a component workflow and each list it runs on will have different groups.  Is there a way to remove permissions of 1 group without removing all permissions?Thanks!

Hi All I have an order form using Nintex forms.  It shows a list price in one field (currency), then there is the partner discount % in another field (decimal) and I want to show the partner price in a different field (Currency). But i cant seem to find the right formula to build to work this out, anyone got any ideas please?

Hello,when creating a SharePoint Online connection to our test tenant in SharePoint and creating a workflow with the SharePoint Online list start event, then the start event does not return a start variable.I created the connection using the correct user for the test tenant and in the start event I can select the correct list without any error.The connector is of type SharePoint Online: List and libraries.I cant figure out, what I am missing in the configuration.Thanks in advance!Niklas

How I can disable one of the choices (Approve) and enable 2 if I have a rule contains credit limit greater than (num) so he can choose either escalate or reject 

We are finding some challenges in management of groups in Nintex Automation Cloud. Adding a removing users from a group requires manual steps through the administrative interface. Has anyone found a method that allows some degree of automation, maybe to connect into Active Directory groups?

Can someone please create a how to video on how to extract task details into a report using beacons? We desperately need to be able to pull reporting for audit from Nintex Automation Cloud on workflows that run that include tasks. Anything that can be shared or demoed is appreciated.

Hi,  I have a customer that wants to send upon a form submission an email out of network to a vendor to translate documents not able to be done here. Problem is I already know and use how to link back to the original form so in-network team members can access the attachments that way.  Issue this is going out of network and I need to solve how to get NAC attachments directly into emails as attachments.

Hi all , can you please help me out.At the start event form, I set the file upload, this file will always have a different name (depending on the user) I wonder if there is a way to rename it to one of the variables and save it on the SharePoint folder.
