the user is unable to open up the swagger definition and cannot log in with the credentials provided in k2 cloud.

After the most recent upgrade last night all our existing workflows seem to be forcing us to the legacy Workflow Designer.  Is there a way to prevent this?   If not, does it mean that all existing (pre K2 cloud) workflows have to be replaced in order to use the new WF Designer?   It appears that FireFox is not allowed nor private browser sessions (essential in some cases).   There are many warnings about continuing to use Legacy designer.   Do we have a specific limited timeframe in which to re-write and retest all the existing workflows?  Thanks!

Hi, Is it possible to view the forms and views created by other user before they check-in the item for the first time? For instance, if other user just started creating a view and it is half-way done and he saves the view without check-in. Is it possible for me view that view?

Did somebody tried to build a full calendar in the K2 cloud similar to the one presented here: https://jsfiddle.net/y3llowjack3t/a3q9c5tr/5/ I built one from the URL above on a separate html file that I saved on my HDD. Everything works perfectly. I tried to build one in K2 cloud using data labels but for some reason is not working. Should be so very simple based on the fact that the one from the above URL (AND the one saved on my HDD) works but something I think is wrong in jQuery (the one that we have in the cloud might be different ?). Please let me know.

Hi Guys,Finally got my K2 for SharePoint successfully integrated! Was able to register the app, deploy, active etc to the Site Collection and everything had beautiful Green Ticks.I've setup a test site under the root and the App activated itself to that site automagically as it was supposed to. I logged into the Sharepoint site with my user account, I have Owner permissions to that site, and when I go into the document library I can see the Application, Report and Worklist icons. If I click on Application I get an Access Denied message: Any tips or ideas on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated - I'm pretty sure its the last thing I need to get done to have this integration 100% complete ... FINALLY!

Hi, I just create a trail K2 cloud, while trying to create a folder i got this error below "AAD:XXX.<wbr/>com does not have Create rights on the ‘Public Folder’ Category." i also notice can not see management on the k2 cloud platformKindly assist with this  Thanks

How can we get Trial version of K2 workflow and form

We recently had a fruitful meeting with a customer who is evaluating K2 Cloud.They have an existing Azure subscription and they are currently using it as AD.They are also going to use it to host their SQL database through Azure SQL Database service. However they are concerned about securing their data while in transit from our K2 Cloud to their Azure SQL database cloud. I did some research on this and found that we can secure the connection through the following methods: Allow access to Azure services – accept incoming traffic only from Azure IPs and subnets IP address whitelisting – requires a static IP address from us (K2 Cloud) VNet to VNet VPN – most secure according to this article from MS My questions are: For option 2, I’d like to confirm if we can provide a static IP address for K2 Cloud (I read that we can here)? For option 3, I’d like to confirm if we can configure K2 Cloud for cloud to cloud data connection via Site-to-Site VPN, given of course that the customer already has

I have a distributed environment in which I've created a SQL service instance which connects to an external SQL db (not on same server as K2 db).The issue I'm having is that I am able to create SmartObjects based on the service instance (can see the table columns etc in smartobject tester), but when I attempt to execute the methods, I receive an error message from SQL server:ERROR: Named Pipes Provider: Could Not open a connection to SQL Server [5]OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI11" for linked server "dc-sql" returned message "login timeout expired"OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI11" for linked server "dc-sql" returned message "A network-related or instance-specific error has occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. Hello Team , We are facing an issue with workflow new start event which is ‘Starts when any workflow Errors’ .We are using K2 cloud and had setup this condition on one of the workflow to maintain error logging.The issue is sometimes this event stop working suddenly with no error.Does anyone face the same issue or any workaround highly appreciated . Thank You ,Ruchi

Our current K2 Cloud applications use the K2 Box api which has been troublesome, to say the least, and is being depreciated at the end of the year. We are preparing to replace this with SharePoint integration. Below is our developer’s question:In our K2 Cloud environment (with the belief that it was not an upgraded environment and was created as a fresh environment in the start), the SharePoint library smart object created on a SP library will be available for use in a normal workflow (which is not created on the SP list/library) by default, if not how to get that to be available there ?
