Is it possible to view the forms and views created by other user before they check-in the item for the first time?
For instance, if other user just started creating a view and it is half-way done and he saves the view without check-in. Is it possible for me view that view?

Hi,
You can create copy of the form by right clicking on form and clicking save as. It will create new form checked out to you and you can see rules inside
