I appreciate the links but in the cloud there is not access to the file structure so I am unable to create my own custom theme in the cloud. I'm looking for that solution/workaround.

Unfortunately, custom themes are not available for K2 Cloud. The reason for this is because the CSS folders are located in the database on the backend (cloud) and not accessible by developers.
