Difference between k2 five and k2 cloud

The difference is that the normal K2 Five is an on prem version while K2 Cloud is an online version.

K2 Cloud has less “features” as it is deployed on cloud whereas K2 Five is on premises (at least from what i understand). Please have a look at this comparison link:
