Hello, Process Manager Users! We’re thrilled to announce a new feature in Nintex Process Manager: localization! This exciting update means that Process Manager now supports multiple languages, starting with French, French Canadian, German, and Spanish. What is Localization?Localization in Process Manager provides a more personalized experience by supporting languages other than English. This enhancement will make it easier for our existing customers to navigate and utilize Process Manager in their preferred language. Plus, it sets the stage for us to rapidly add more language options in the future based on your feedback and needs. The initial localization work will cover the user interface elements created and managed by Nintex. While this update does not yet include translations for user-generated process content, we are exploring options to support process content-level translation in the future. Important UpdateDocuSign Retiring Legacy AuthenticationAre you using DocuSign with Nintex DocGen for Salesforce? If so, DocuSign is making a big change that's going to affect users of DocGen for Salesforce with DocuSign:Legacy Authentication is being retiredon January 31st, 2025! DocuSign have granted an extension for Nintex DocGen until Jan 31st. We still advise completing the recommendations below, as early as your organization can. Article Update LogSept 27th: Added DocuSign Extension - to Jan 31st 2025.Sept 24th: Added Office HoursJanuary 8th: Updated Office Hours to include Thursdays  Action required before January 31st, 2025DocuSign announced that it will retire its Legacy authentication on September 30, 2024, Nintex DocGen has been granted a final extension to January 31st 2025. Any Nintex DocGen for Salesforce customers currently using our DocuSign (Legacy) integration must make changes before January 31th to continue using DocuSign with DocGen.No action is required for those u

For customers who have integrated their K2 environments with SharePoint or Exchange Online in a Azure Government Cloud Computing High Security subscription (GCCH), a change is being made to our security certificate that will impact you.Customers who have configured SharePoint or Exchange Online will have manually uploaded a token signing certificate as part of the setup process. This certificate expires on August 13 2024. Nintex K2 Cloud ops will be updating the certificate during scheduled maintenance for K2 Trust on August 3 2024. In order to avoid downtime on your K2 environments, it is critical that customers update their certificate before the maintenance period to ensure continued operation of their environments.If the certificate is not added after August 3, customers will see AADSTS errors returned from K2. This affects Exchange Online integration, SharePoint workflows, User/Group resolving and all administration methods such as the Registration Wizard and SharePoint Site activ
